It's a gray day here so why not grill? Gonna make some Mojito Lime Chicken in a few. I'm thinking of topping it with some roasted chipotle salsa. Not sure what I'm having as a side, if anything. Maybe just a big salad.
Anyone else grilling today?

I sliced some ribeye's super thin (quarter inch) I sprinkle them with Lawrys' Garlic Salt n' Parsley and I toss them on a searing hot grill for about 45 seconds on each side.
Makes for my favorite steak sandwich of all time. With a slice of pepper jack cheese on a toasted bun baby!
That's supper tonight.

My grill got wrecked when a huge gust destroyed my shed, but before that happened, we'd grill chicken breasts all the time.
I need to get a new grill, I want to try some of Alton Brown's fish recipes.

Fired mine up last night. Had the little brother over, and he sprung for some ribeyes. Very tasty.
Yeah, it's heresy to grillheads to use propane, but ya know what? I prefer to not have to empty the ashes out every time I want to grill a steak, nor do I care to waste the heat after we've grilled the food and the coals burn until they're done.
I will say, though, that I do agree...charcoal imparts a far better flavor than propane.

EDIT: And since my intent wasn't to hijack this thread, I'll also say, weather permitting, I'm definitely throwing a couple chicken breasts on the grill tomorrow evening when I get off work. Kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika for me. But yeah...that's a pretty good joke too. Mr. Miyagi waxes on, then whacks off. Not the first time I've heard it.
