So the AFL decided to take an NFL idea and act on it, expanding the schedule from 16 games to 18 games next year. Also, there will be one franchise moving, three returning, and a new franchise beginning. The Alabama Vipers have decided to move to Georgia and BEHOLD! The Georgia Force have returned! And let's give a hearty welcome back to: The Kansas City Brigade The *ugh* Philadelphia Soul The 3 time AFL champion San Jose Sabercats And introducing next season: The Pittsburgh Power.

Where's my damn Colorado Crush!! I'd love for them to make a return, but I'm not holding my breath either. What about the Colorado Ice of the IFL? I wouldn't be surprised to see the Colorado Crush return to the AFL in the near future. Also, this is the second Georgia Force of the AFL. The first one was the Nashville Kats turned into the Force.

Bring back the Albany Firebirds!!!! Wholeheartedly agree! Definitely agree with this as well! I live in Albany and well at least I have the Albany Devils to look forward too and it looked grim when the River Rats moved to Charlotte. But I'd rather care about football so would love to see the Firebirds back, if nothing else though would like to see a another New York team like the bringing back the New York Dragons.

So basically Seattle traded the Sonics to OKC for the Yard Dawgz? Oh and glad to see the Force back. My Georgia Force cup no longer looks strange with my football memorabilia. I think I'm going to stick to the Iowa Barnstarmers(out of respect to Kurt Warner) until Baltimore gets a franchise(I will not support a D.C. team)

I like the Pittsburgh Power's Power Ranger like logo. That's exactly what I thought it looked like myself. Also, the Indoor Football League has approved league expansion for 5 teams, including one new team. Wenatchee Valley Venom Reading Express Lehigh Valley Steelhawks Wyoming Cavalry And the new expansion team: Tuscon Thunder Kats (HOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!) So now, the IFL has expanded to 27 teams. I hope they don't overexpand. But since there's a few teams that left, and one team that folded, hopefully this will even out a little.

And I forgot to mention this a few weeks ago. Due to the county voting against continuing to waive the ticket tax fee as well as not being compensated for the losses after the tornado in June, the two-time defending IFL Champion Billings Outlaws folded.
This was a major shock to me. One of our biggest rivals is gone. And with Sioux City moving to another league next year, we are without our two biggest rivalries.

We are a little over a month away from kickoff of the 2011 IFL Season and I am more and more jacked up.
With the addition of Dixon and a few others from Billings, we are gonna be stacked.
Therefore I am deeming this season for Sioux Falls "2011: Unfinished Business!"
