While he may be one of the greatest songwriters of all time, what is your thoughts on his singing?
I just saw a banner up top about a Christmas album.
While I love Dylan and do enjoy his unique voice I just can't imgaine roasting chestnuts and decorating Christmas trees to that. I mean maybe if he brought out hired help but damn. Thanks but I stick to old farts like Dean Martin or that Frosty the Snowman guy.

Eh, I guess when your his age/that level of success you can do just about anything you want.
Strange thing is, I don't think its even the strangest Christmas album this season...the ATHF Christmas album might win that one.

I picked it up the other day without hearing it at first.
It's not awful..but it's not that great either. He's got a lot of background singers on most tracks.
I read somewhere that most if not all of the proceeds from the album's sale are going to charity.

"Must Be Santa" is awesome. Especially the part with the presidents.

I know it was done for charity but it's gawd-awful
"I'll be home for Christmas" ends up sounding like a threat.
