Well, smarks should be happy. The VKM skits have gotten DX to stop the comedy skits.
From wrestleview.com..
Personally, I didn't mind some of the comedy skits. When done right, they're damn funny.

Kevin Dunn found them hilarious.
Who is this Kevin Dunn character, and why does he have so much power?

Thank. God.
And why does it always have to be smarks that don't like something? Why is it that it's just smarks that hate VKM?
You don't have to be a smark to think something isn't funny or entertaining.

i don't mind the DX skits that much, although the breakin of vince mchmahon was pretty dumb. The parody was pretty funny though.
I am prayin for a heel DX which will require the cheapest heat ever.

I for one always found the DX skits to be extremely unfunny and painful, and there was nothing that I hated more than hearing JR and King force laughter at them. Just my $.02.

Hooray. Now, let us get more Charlie Haas acting black skits out there. Maybe a Eugene meets Cryme Tyme would wrok too.

I thought this DX was waaaaay funnier than the old DX, especially since they had to tone it down due to HBK. Outside of the Vince stuff (cock, Big Dick Johnson, etc.), they were very amusing, especially when they kicked Stan.
HBK as a goofball is awesome.

But FULL ON BELLY WOBBLERS. 'HA HA HA HA HA HA HA! OH LORD KEENG THAT'S HILARIOUS!' Like Super Crazy, Hacksaw, and Todd Grisham laughing at Cryme Tyme at the retirement home like they just heard the 'World's Funniest Joke' from Life of Brian.

This is kinda bad news. It means we're treated to super-serious Triple H dominating everyone on a full time basis...well, more so than usual.

Kevin Dunn is the head of production for Raw (and maybe smackdown too). He's Vince's right hand man and is always around him. He's such a yes-man it kills me.

It's been hard to buy into Triple H as a character since he started acting like a goofball just weeks after being hell-bent on becoming WWE champion by any means necessary.

The funny thing is that back around Mania I would have taken cock joke HHH in an instant. I thought it would be better. Now that I've seen the results, I'm begging for The King of Kings to return.

I liked HBK at Survivor Series when he didn't know who Mike Knox was, but WWE writers write predictable comedy, see; the old woman speaking ebonics during the Cryme Time skit. That is NOT funny.

The King of Kings is beyond stale. He had that character (in slightly different variations) for about 4-5 years. I like him as a face who is having a good time with his buddy rather than obsessing over the title.
Goofball HBK is fun, too. He can be a goofball without compromising his religious beliefs. See "I just kicked Stan" and "Was he in the match? Who was that guy?"

Well, to be honest here, after 6 months of almost nothing but goffy/joking DX, it'll be nice to see more of their serious side come out. Because as much as I can remember, the 1997 DX, while did some comedy skits from time to time, still showed a very serious and mean side when it came down to business. And yeah, some of their skits *were* in fact lame IMO (Cocky, the July 4th stuff and the McMahons parody).
