Well, smarks should be happy. The VKM skits have gotten DX to stop the comedy skits. From wrestleview.com.. Personally, I didn't mind some of the comedy skits. When done right, they're damn funny. I don't get this myself. Their stuff was funny. The VKM stuff... not so much.

Thank god. HBK can stop acting like a retard, and I can enjoy him again.

I thought this DX was waaaaay funnier than the old DX, especially since they had to tone it down due to HBK. Outside of the Vince stuff (cock, Big Dick Johnson, etc.), they were very amusing, especially when they kicked Stan. HBK as a goofball is awesome. Eh, I hate how D-X is kid friendly now. I mean its cool and funny sometimes but its kinda forced. DX should never be kid friendly...

Well if DX stops with the skits and then thats VKM finished.
And if VKM continue they will look even more pathetic.

So on next TNA Impact we'll have VKM bragging for a good 30 mins about how they made D-X stop??
Anyway, it's fine if WWE decide to tone D-X jokes down a bit... Good comedy isn't necessarily about poo-ass et similia nor about over the top behaviour.
I just hope this doesn't lead to a half-assed D-X split... We've seen HHH v HBK already, we've seen more than enough King of Kings Triple H too.

Kevin Dunn is the head of production for Raw (and maybe smackdown too). He's Vince's right hand man and is always around him. He's such a yes-man it kills me. This can't be true. I have it on good authority that Vince McMahon doesn't like yes men. Why, he said so himself!

Serious HHH > Cock joke HHH QFT. It's been hard to buy into Triple H as a character since he started acting like a goofball just weeks after being hell-bent on becoming WWE champion by any means necessary. Triple H changes his character on a weekly basis depending on how he feels. Rich Snob - Hunter Hurst Helmsley Degenerate - Old DX Badass - Leather/denim jacket combo King - Recently Body builder - feud with steiner/evoultion Ric flair wannabe - Evolution Funny - New DX I wish he would just make up his mind and stop hogging every single gimmick.

I think there should be less comedy skits in general to be honest. I really can't buy Triple H as a funny guy, and even though Shawn Michaels can pull off the comedy well, its quite sad when even he agrees that most of it is ridiculous. Then again I did find the whole Spirit Squad/OVW thing quite amusing.
But yeah, the VKM is much worse than DX.

HBK looked like he was forcing it so much in some of the skits (Stan notwithstanding) that I felt a little bad for the guy.......So after the 30 min VKM interview, do they then say "Well, I guess we're done then" and disappear forever? I hope so.

I hope so. You know, now that I think about it, you could sometimes *clearly* see the difference from when HBK was enjoying himself doing the skits (the Stan stuff, the Bounty stuff, the SS/OVWskit , being in the ring with Ric Flair, the Apology skit, hell even the McMahons Parody stuff) to when it seemed like he really, *really* didn't wanna be there (the July 4th stuff, the Bischoff/BDJ Johnson stuff, the cocky skit, when Vince tried to drop a net on DX, hell even when they had the "Official DX reunion" with the midjets and the female cheerleaders). And IMO he seems to have the most fun and the most energy just by performing in the ring in the matches when they didn't have to do any skits. So yeah, if this mean that HBK is more confortable in doing DX, then I say go ahead.

Of course i just realized now they owe Vince 1 million dollars by their own admission, so now they may be reluctant to brag

I hated the DX skits. I seem to remember more people hating them when they were actually on. Could it be that they stunk, but absence makes the heart grow fonder?

Why do I get the feeling that badass DX will eventually do the job to clown DX? Honestly, some of the DX comedy stuff was funny. But it was hit or miss. Mostly miss. As soon as they kept going to the Cock jokes, it hit it's skid. But I did like how they kept finding ways for Shawn to miss out on the more sexual stuff. QFT. It's been hard to buy into Triple H as a character since he started acting like a goofball just weeks after being hell-bent on becoming WWE champion by any means necessary. Hey, he hasn't stolen the Undertaker's "Deadman" gimmick yet...
