I concur.
EDIT: With the 1st post.
As for it being a work, I'm still in the "work" side of things, but like I say, it's really too early to tell.

here is the PWI bit again:
PAUL HEYMAN GONE FROM WORLD WRESTLING ENTERTAINMENT by Mike Johnson @ 5:12:00 PM on 12/4/2006
Paul Heyman was sent home from today's Monday Night Raw/ECW taping in North Carolina following a meeting with Vince McMahon. We are still working on the story, but the word going around is that Heyman has been removed from the WWE's ECW creative team and looks to be entirely done with WWE at this point and time, although he's not (yet) been released from his contractual obligations.
According to one source, Heyman had a meeting with Vince McMahon and was then escorted from the venue. There is a meeting ongoing currently with ECW talents about Heyman's departure.
World Wrestling Entertainment posted an article on their website, noting that Heyman was sent home (but not released), citing, "The WWE Chairman cited slumping television ratings and a disgruntled talent roster as causes for Mr. Heyman’s dismissal."

ECW's even more screwed if Heyman's gone. That will be the final nail in the coffin.

Whether it's a work or a shoot, or a worked shoot or whatever, I LOL at the blurb mentioning that the WWE Chairman was upset at the disgruntled roster and the sagging ratings, when he knows damn well he and his progeny are the cause of it.

Well that sounds great. Again, if I may quote myself... Now the TRUE ECW can come back with Stephanie as the GM.

Well this is a mercey killing......Good for Paul he deserved better.
However that fat ass Kevin Dunn should be the next to go as he is responsible for the death of ECW. Then next on the hit list is Mike Knox.
If this is a work, I have no idea where they are goin with this.

Here's the story on WWE.com: www.wwe.com/shows/ecw/news/heymanoutThis could be a work or a shoot. If it's a work, then it could lead to something that will make interested in ECW again. If it's a shoot, the new ECW will be gone soon; and Paul Heyman will show up in TNA or ROH.

More than likely, they'll try to keep him in his contract for as long as they can to prevent him from going to TNA, and then they'll still try to sue him to keep him out of wrestling altogether.
I'll probably get flamed for this, but poor, poor Paul.
