Ted Danson's ghost has gone back in time to haunt Ted Danson. What got the ghost rumor going was two things if I remember. Number one, the story about the boy that died in the building. And number two....the six second mark in the video. The cardboard cutout is at an angle that you don't see it near the window. So naturally, when you do see it near the window when the camera pans out later, it looks like someone just magically appears.

Haven't watched this in awhile, but from what I remember I liked it and the best news is they're making a 3rd one, Three Men and A Bride.

Admittingly, the clip of the cardboard cutout still gives me chills. It's such an unusual thing to see left in a movie, such creepy placement (right in the window curtains), and it looks like he's wearing a suit that you'd be buried in. Yeah, it's no wonder that a ghost rumor started up. It's one of those silly urban legends that I really can't fault anyone on.
It would have been even scarier if it was a cardboard cutout of Ted Danson in blackface from that one time he thought it'd be funny to do a one-man minstrel show. Man, that was the worst episode of Cheers ever.
