It's pretty absurd the amount of BRAWLER he's been able to accomplish. Coverboy of WWE, millions in merchandise, movies and cd's (None of which like Hogan's or Macho's) and a huge draw to the company. You never hear anything political backstage about him and it doesn't seem like he ever cares to put someone over if he's told to and he's definitely one of the favorite wrestlers on talk shows and radio shows to the hosts.

I wouldn't that far and say The Marine and his CD's were better than Hogan's or Savage's.

By all accounts he seems like a nice guy in real life, so I'm happy for him in that respect. I don't dislike the man, his character/style of wrestling just doesn't appeal to me that much

Cena has been given a bad rap by the IWC. I have never heard a bad story about the guy and he seems like an all toegther good person. I've never seen any of his indy stuff, but I hear that he is actually a decent in-ring worker.

Im tired to tears with Cena, however I got no problem with him as a person, kinda like Kahli.
however remeber his CD AND moive were made by WWE, so thats not that huge of a feat

When you really think about it there is no reason to hate the guy. All he is doing is what his boss is telling him to do. He knows that the IWC doesn't like him and unlike Triple H, I think he is the type of guy who would care.

I mean, he breaks out some new moves in his ONS2 match against RVD, who RVD didn't carry. But watch some of his interviews, he's damn funny

Hmmm, no not really absurd how much he has accomplished. The WWE tried the same with Warrior in a very short amount of time, but Warrior was an unprofessional dick. Cena is a professional and a very big fan of pro-wrestling. He is thankfull for everything he has, so unlike Warrior or Lesnar he won't turn his back on it or start demanding more money. He will work his ass off to keep the fans happy and WWE in return knows they can rely on him. So his professional behaviour and his good attitude has also given him a great deal of succes, while he isn't as over as the WWE would want or is a great wrestler that is able to sell ppv's with his matches. I think that if Cena would have been an asshole. He would be uppermidcard right now and would have lost his push. I'm sure WWE has taken their chances with him because of his backstage behaviour.

Cena definately seems like a genuinly lovely guy. I probably would have marked for him if i was 7.
But his character/look/wrestling style are just not what i want from wrestling at all.

He could be the nicest guy in the world...I don't give a damn about that. What I do give a damn about is watching on Monday nights and right now Cena's mug just makes me change the channel.
The only reason Cena's accomplished so much is because they force him on the general public and don't really invest much time in anyone else really. Anyone could be a success if you have a multi-million dollar company hyping and promoting you to hell and back nevermind if you have actual talent or not. I think this Cena thing is a type of brainwashing really. They push and push the guy on everyone as the savior of wrestling until everyone caves in and believes it.

I am not a big rap fan, but his CD is defintely worlds better than any cd that Hogan or Savage put out. Hell I will go as far as say Cena is better rapper than the Truth.

i don't personally have a problem with cena, but creative needs to stop making him look like superman, it is old now. He should go back to the freestyles even though i despise rap and hip-hop.

The crowd's reaction to Cena is an odd one. When he was a heel on SMACKDOWN! the crowd booed him because they were supposed to, but then, they (the fans) seemed to want him to become face because he was getting cheers, so the crackmonekys made him a face. At this point they just started their movie plans and decided to have him be the Marine. Once everything was set into motion and he went to RAW, the crowd started to turn, but they already had the CD and movie planned so you really can't have him heel (unlike Jericho's FOZZY, Cena's CD would be produced by the E). With Kane, you can have him star in a movie and keep him heel, because he's the villian in the movie. With Cena, you have to have him as a face if you have him as an action hero saving the day. They can make him heel now that all that is done though. But the problem now is the lack of faces in the title hunt.
That said, it is cool that the stories are that he is a decent guy. Given the push he has been given, he could have a Hogan sized ego.
I'm giving Trips a little bit of leway because of how he acts on Conan (you'd think he's trying to get a sidekick gig on the show)

I honestly only have a few problems with Cena. The constant poop jokes, that idiotic botched salute, and his "angry face", where he looks like a gorilla. Other than those things that piss me off, I just don't care about the guy.
