Is that and the beating each other conversation the PG content Vince is looking for?

It's completely natural to do that.

"TV PG: This program contains material that parents may find unsuitable for younger children. The theme itself may call for parental guidance and/or the program contains one or more of the following: moderate violence (V), some sexual situations (S), infrequent coarse language (L), or some suggestive dialogue (D). What you need to know: Many TV-PG shows do contain moderate levels of sexual dialogue or violence, and not all of them are labeled with the content ratings. TV-PG shows with higher levels of sex, violence or adult language are usually labeled with content labels."
Yeah, I'd suppose.

I thought we were supposed to hate the PG movement.
Why do we complain when we see something that isn't PG?

The only thing I find hilarious is they went out of their way to change the name of the FU and STFU, but left in the one that made me cringe every time Lawler would scream its name.

I am 16 and they actually thought that as it was just 'wrestling' that it was for 18 year olds (they very nearly stopped me from watching it FFS! Unbelievable!). I showed them some clips of RAW and SD and they realised there was no blood or swears and they finally let my little brother watch it. I spent forever convincing them to let my brother watch as it's a damn kid's product and most of my friends watched at least one match as a kid...
Yeah. That was until my little brother shouted out 5 Knuckle Shuffle one time in front of my parents. And I had spent so long convincing them that the WWE is PG :/
My brother now has to watch it under supervision.
How ironic that the kids favourite, Mr PG himself has that as a signature move.

I'm glad that my parents were so relaxed that they didn't care I was watching Raw in '98 at 14. They're only rule was "watch it in your room".

I thought we were supposed to hate the PG movement. Why do we complain when we see something that isn't PG? ITs pretty obvious this thread isn't COMPLAINING. Its pointing out that its illogical to change something like the "FU" but keep "Five Knuckle Shuffle." Its silly to me too. Especially when "FU" could really mean anything, given its context as a wrestling move.

I can understand what it apparently means, but.... I've never ever heard the term "five knuckle shuffle" outside of wrestling. Sounds ridiculous, it's on the same level with "horizontal mambo."

Plenty of WWE fans have performed the Five Knuckle Shuffle in their own homes....or their bedrooms....or their bathroom showers....or at their family reunions. Just as long as their cousins aren't blood relatives, then it's socially acceptable.

The little kids that look up to John Cena have no idea what "Five Knuckle Shuffle" actually means. They think it's a fist drop with theatrics. That's why they haven't nor will they ever switch the name of that move.

Ok...I'm obviously missing something here.
What is rude about 'Five knuckle shuffle'?

Ok...I'm obviously missing something here. What is rude about 'Five knuckle shuffle'? Its a phrase used to describe male masturbation. However its such an obscure phrase that its really not an issue. I'd guess the average person is more likely to describe five knuckle shuffle as "That move John Cena does in WWE"

Five Knuckle Shuffle is an act that a man does. By himself.
Well. I was beat to it.
