They must not have liked the footage they gathered from that. It was kind of a mess, they just played the song and expected the crowd to know a "hey" was coming up (it would say "HEY" on the tron when it happened, but no prior warning like "3-2-1-HEY")

Not a Nickelback fan by any means, but at least it's one of their better songs.

I do have to say I was a little saddened / weirded out when they came back from commercial, the song was playing in the background right on the "burn it to the ground" chorus part, and the camera was focused on the NYC skyline where the Twin Towers used to be.
I'm not anti-Nickelback, but honestly, I don't understand how that song has any place whatsoever as Raw's opening music. Sure, it's big and bombastic and catchy, but there are much better songs out there with the same feel that aren't devoted to getting drunk and making an ass of yourself.

Burn it to the ground could mean this show that you're going to watch will feature hot crowds, hot angles, innovative original exciting TV, great matches, and for the next two hours we will burn it to the ground! Does anyone have the video of the new intro yet that they can post?

I'm not a Nickelback fan, but I was so sick of Papa Roach ... that song didn't fit AT ALL as theme music.

This I really like this Intro, my only problem is the beginning which sounds kinda awkward with the normal toned voice and then suddenly its "we´re going out tonight". But the video is good and the song is excellent

Is it just me or do the lyrics say something about getting your balls out.

I like it.
The opening has a greater feeling than before.

It might grow on me - I didn't like the still shots of wrestlers, though, it makes it look amateurish to me.

It's ok. It's not great, but anything's better than To Be Loved.

To Be Loved < Burn It to the Ground < Across the Nation I'd put them the opposite order myself.

The song is not awesome at all, Nickleback sucks, but Papa Roach sucks more.
