Wouldnt it make sense to have orton interfering in every single main event to do whatever he could to have the belt get taken off Cena so that he can in turn actually go for the title again? That would've made sense. Which is why they didn't do it.

Spot of the PPV was definitely that Sweet Chin Music - Hunter slumps over Cena for a 2.9 count. Crowd bit hard on that one.
I do notice that Cena got a pretty loud pop when he pinned Hunter. Maybe most of those in the crowd treat the 'Cena Sucks!' stuff as the pantomine it is, rather than the rabid hatred some seem to want it to be?

Good show, much better than last year's. The HHH/HBK/Cena match was off the charts (loved the Sweet Chin Music to HHH); Jericho/Show/Taker was better than expected; Team Kofi/Team Orton was good, and had a nice finish; Team Miz/Team Morrison was the best traditional match.
The only matches I didn't like were Batista/Mysterio and Team Mickie/Team McCool.

I personally liked every match except the Diva's match (which, let's be honest, everyone knew would suck - and even then, it had the cool spot with Beth killing two girls in 20 seconds), so very much enjoyed the show. Liked the triple threat, Kofi winning for his team, and Batista / Rey most of all. Though the Kofi / Punk session went on way too long.

I more or less liked every single match on the card, save for Rey vs Bats, since that was nothing more than a throwaway given Rey's injury. As I've said before, I can't wait till this comes out on DVD, because I'll definitely be buying it.

Call me wrong, but I enjoyed the sight of Batista laying the smackdown on Rey. It was a decent PPV, with the traditional Survivor Series matches playing by the rules (you had to set up heel heat for Team Miz, plus Team Orton vs. Team Kofi went down to the wire with the captains gunning for one last finisher), and the title matches allowing for some ebbing and flowing.
