I highly recommend the live version that you can download from NIN.com for free. Great show if you like live recordings.

I like The Fragile better, but this album is very good as well. Closer is what got me to like NIN and had a circus trying to find the used album in 2002 for under $10. The technology applied to those songs was unheard of at the time and the instrumentation in there was awesome. I also like the song Eraser...those pig reference songs, not so much, but I understand the rage.
