Tonight's the last RAW of 2009, live from Hartford, and this week's guest host is the mega-producer and recording artist Timbaland, whose album Shock Value 2 is currently in stores. Which, if any, of his many big name collaborators will make cameo appearances tonight?
Timbo will also be witness to a huge WWE Title rematch, as Sheamus makes the first defence of his WWE Title against the former champion John Cena. Will the Celtic Warrior be a two week wonder as WWE Champion, or will Sheamus prove that his title win at TLC wasn't a fluke?
DX have now adopted Hornswoggle as their official mascot, and have since successfully defended their Unified Tag Team Titles against The Hart Dynasty. With Chris Jericho still making efforts to sneak his way back onto RAW, you can be sure that it won't be an easy night for HHH and Shawn Michaels.
Kofi Kingston is still finding ways to frustrate Randy Orton, after he, Evan Bourne and Mark Henry defeated Legacy last week. What's more, Orton probably won't be too thrilled that Ted DiBiase will plug the hell out of his new DVD, The Marine 2, which is in US stores tomorrow. How will The Viper deal with all these issues?
If Maryse has plans to regain her Divas Title, then last week was a big setback, as she was pinned by Kelly Kelly, albeit with assistance from Divas Champion Melina. In order to be back in the hunt, the Sexiest of the Sexy may well have to go through K2 before she gets to Melina. Will WWE actually follow logic here? And will we get a number one contender for The Miz's US Title?
Find out all this, and whether Timbaland will deliver the inevitable Bret Hart news to Vince McMahon, tonight!
UPDATE: WWE.com has announced that Vince McMahon will address the "Bret Hart return rumours" tonight.

Well WWE Championship match prediction is Cena keeps his vow to win until he gets the Championship, but the only problem is he wins tonight, but doesn't get the Title.

That's what I'm thinking as well. He wins by DQ, probably due to Orton interference. And it will be interesting to see if Timbaland is completely wasted like last time. He should claim to be Steve Butabi this time.

I say he wins clean. Sheamus isn't getting much of a reaction, and he's going to be totally lost when Bret returns and we get the inevitable Bret/Dynasty/Vince/D-X storyline.

I can see Sheamus winning, and Cena snapping.

I just hope that Cena wins tonight and then Sheamus gets his rematch at the Royal Rumble and then back to the undercard

Too bad I just have to watch this. This is like a carwreck, really bad but I cant and I wont look away.
So count me in I will be watching, but I don´ think the show will be very good. Especially with that stupid midget.

Nah, title's not changing hands tonight. Not while Sheamus is one of HHH's boys. I can see a loss by DQ, because Sheamus doesn't submit to the 5 count. I can see a run in by someone...probably not Orton. Maybe they'll have Jericho do it as a way to sneak back on Raw. I just think Sheamus is going to hold the title until Elimination Chamber, where Cena can win it without making Sheamus look bad, then Sheamus can get into MitB, win that, and continue the program.

The WWE Title has only changed hands four times on RAW this decade...
Triple H b. The Big Show (January 2000) Steve Austin b. Kurt Angle (October 2001) Edge b. Rob van Dam and John Cena (July 2006) Randy Orton b. John Cena, Triple H and The Big Show (June 2009)

My prediction: Lawler does some more burial.
"Sheamus is the WWE Champion, King." "Woah, let's not get carried away!" "Sheamus is a wrestler." "Now, I don't know about that, Cole." "Sheamus has four limbs." "I'm pretty sure that's a fluke."

I believe Sheamus will purposely get himself DQed or counted out and they announce a legit rematch for 1/4. You need a big match for that show. Then Cena can win back the belt and the entire world can go back to normal.

The Jan. 4th guest host announcement should come tonight. I can't believe how bad RAW has been lately. I have a feeling 2009 will end quite badly. This could be our 3rd consecutive week of garbage. Or, it can surprise all of us and actually be watchable. Not holding out hope, but it's possible.

By the way, Cena's not at RAW next week, as he's at the Fiesta Bowl, so any big rematch can't happen next week.

I'm seeing Cena winning the title tonight, and Sheamus not getting a rematch. Instead, Cena goes on to drop the title at the Rumble to Orton while Sheamus gets to be this year's big guy who dominates the Rumble until Kane comes out and eliminates him.

Doubt it - WWE would not give up on a guy Triple H is high on this quickly.
