the 12/21 Raw also was facing stiff competition from:
iCarly stays at Hotel Erotica-- it got a 19.8 rating on Nickelodeon and beat Monday Night Football.

I heard Al Roker's Sucking and Stuffing Hooker Extravaganza peaked at a 1.7 during the quarter hour when he allowed one of the hookers to do a weather report and she basically started simulating sex on the state of Florida. the five minute overrun did a 1.9 when Al had the girls load up their coots with green paint and shoot the rain all over the radar So, does Al get the old ECW slot now or what?

The 12/22 edition of ECW never had a chance. Look what it was up against head to head...
12/22--Tru TV- Conspiracy Theory with Jessie Ventura where Jessie dug up John Candy's grave to prove he was actually dead and not alive running the Taliban drew a 6.3 which was Tru Tv's highest ratings ever. Plus it had a 7.5 Overrun which featured Jesse pissing on the bones and simulating oral sex with the skull.

They're saying it may have broken the record for highest ratings for Mike's Hard Lemonade consumers aged 34-49 since "Lizzie McGuire's Erotic Confessions"

Especially that they played "Don't Tell Me You Love Me" by Night Ranger during the sex scene.

The air conditioner scene caused Jessie to think that something was up with John Candy.

Jesse's has been on the outs with John Candy after he wasn't given royalty checks for "Camp Candy". He's been wanting to nail him for something.

I liked Ventura better when he was getting shot by the Predator. An honorable mention to his brave portrayal of Captain Freedom in "The Running Man".

A show that s***ty deserved lower. Aren't you the guy that thought I was being overly harsh with WWE a few weeks ago? I didn't know this show was THAT disliked I'm usually defensive of the WWE product, but this was an episode that pissed even ME off.

Captain Freedom was pretty cool, he was tearing guys heads off with his bare hands 10 years ago

Captain Freedom was pretty cool, he was tearing guys heads off with his bare hands 10 years ago I'd like to point out that the combination of the Katie Vick saga; the Boss Man/Big Show's dad's casket angle; JBL lookin' for some hot lesbian action; JR's "aren't they a little old for you, King?" shot at Jerry Lawler; Mae Young shooting a Human Hand out of her octogenarian cooter; and myriad other previous WWE storylines basically mirror the level of taste in the discussion between you and Lancers. So I'm not the least bit offended. For the record, I'm rather entertained, and way more than I usually am by the Entertainment part of World wrestling Entertainment

Okay, that "Tribute to the Troops" stuff was boring. It was a squash match, a match with some effort, and a match with no effort. More time was devoted to the bios and whatnot.
I wasted a full hour watching it and I want it back... oh, I would've just wasted it anyway.

Most amusing thing about the Raw rating was that they actually, overall, didn't drop any viewers in the second hour. That after one of the most silly/insane opening 20 minutes of any Raw ever.
It's what TNA have to bear in mind...when a Raw like that can still get a 3.2, and not have any viewers switching off in droves, there's some real brand loyalty there that they'll need to work hard to overcome.

When you've got built in fanbase of millions that dates back to the 70s and has kept strong mostly throughout those 30 years because of thier offspring...that'll happen. Though TNA has made strides in the past 7 years, I don't know if they're at the point where they can steal away some WWE Lifers.
