John Cena has the AA and STFU, Jericho has the Walls and the Codebreaker. I dont think all wrestlers need to have both a finishing move and a submission, but its good to mix it up a bit. Plus with Jericho, I dont remember the last time anybody tapped out in the Walls.
Non WWE has to be Sting. the Scorpion Death Lock/Drop was an awesome combo.

Samoe Joe- Muscle Buster/Rear naked choke Angle of course, though it seems he's won 2 matches in the last five years with the angle slam. Taker-Triangle Choke/his other 121031 finishers.
WWE has like no guys with even submission finishers right now.

I personally like the submission(s) plus pinfall finsiher(s) of Cattle Mutilation and elbow strikes to the face plus the Dragon Suplex or Regal Plex combo as ways to win for Bryan Danielson.
(I'm not counting Small Package as a finisher for him.)
But I really wanted to substitute his regularly used elbow strikes to the face with my favorite EVER post-match write-up description from a couple of years ago when Danielson changed it up from the elbow strikes finisher to "Danielson wins via ref stoppage after repeated stomps to the balls!"

The knee trembler is a submission, now?!?! He won all three of his KotR matches with the Regal Stretch so I count it.

CM Punk has a Finisher and Submission I can't remember him using his submission in like the last two years. The last time him using it sticks out in my mind was against Mike Knox on ECW when they were feuding over Kelly Kelly always wanting to get naked. Isn't it just a plain old Figure 4?

Not quite, as when Shawn applies it, instead of hooking the opponents legs into a figure four position and pulling with his hands on the left foot of his opponent, he instead fold the opponents leg under and presses it with his (Shawn's) left foot making the entire move executed with his legs and not with his arms also... Or he will sometimes fold the opponents leg under his arse so that he is kind of sitting on the opponents left leg adding more pressure to both the opponents knees instead of just one.
I guess it would be more of a variation of the Indian Death Lock than a figure four... either way, it looks way more nasty than a figure four leg lock does.

The last time him using it sticks out in my mind was against Mike Knox on ECW when they were feuding over Kelly Kelly always wanting to get naked. Actually he beat Matt Hardy with the Vice and it was built up quite a bit in the lead up to his submission match with the Undertaker at Breaking Point. You could also say that, technically, he did beat the Undertaker with it on the PPV.

I'm not sure if the Tazzplex counted as a finisher, but if so, then that and the Tazzmission.
My favourite submission move ever was Bret Hart's Sharpshooter, but obviously no other finisher there, unless you count his various innovative pins.

Again, got to be Malenko. Although the Benoit swan-dive and crossface wasn't bad either.
