2000-2004 had Hollywood Rock. So that wins by default.

WWE w/CM Punk > WWE w/o CM Punk.
That and I stopped watching wrestling from 00-06, but the latter half of the decade gave us FacePunk, HeelPunk, the awesomeness of HeelEdge and the unexpected return of Christian.

When I think about it, I was more consistently entertained by 05-09. 00, 01 and 04 were fun years, but 02 and 03 was a period where my interest waned.
Not because of HHH's run, which I don't take issue with when I watch old footage of that period, but my mind was on other things outside of wrestling.

2000-04. Wrestlemania 21 was the turning point with the Cena/Batista era beginning.

I'd say 2000-early 2003 I liked, then late 2007-2009 I also liked. (Bar Raw mid 2009) So it's tough to choose between the two options given in the poll.
The roster was quite poor from mid 2003 to mid 2007, which was an awkward era transitioning from one to the other. Still definately had it's moments but I'm really optimistic for 2010.

2000-2004 absolutely sucked.
2005-2009 has flashes of brilliance in amongst its dreck.

2002-2004 were bad, but 2000-01 were the best years of the decade.
05-06 were okay, 07 sucked, and 08-09 were okay.
So I went with the first half.

2000-2004 because you had Eddie, Benoit, Jericho and Angle tearing it up. I actually liked the Invasion (the wrestling during the invasion was great), you had some great RVD matches, the return of HBK, WM17, Hardcore Title fun, more of a wrestling based product than the late 90's, The Rock was great, Hogan's WWF return and so many other great moments. Oh, and it had Brock Lesner!
2005-2009 had some good stuff too (ECW ONS, CM Punk) but it was lacking an epic feel that the 5 years before had. (Then again that could be because I was 15 in the year 2000 and 20 in 2005 so maybe it is an age thing, but I think 2001 was the best year in ring wise from WWE, all the PPV's had great matches (especialy WM17 and Summer Slam 2001) and it was just a fun time to be a fan (Which also might have to do with being in highschool)

2000-2004
I liked the Invasion angle, the return of the nWo, Brock Lesnar, and 2002 was the year of my favourite WrestleMania (X-8).

Well 2001 had Wrestlemania X7, that blows away anything else this decade. Purely for the years 2000 & 2001 I have to go with 2000-2004. All the rest have been awful!

2000-2004.
Even though there was a lot of crap in the earlier years. They never lost me as completely as they did in early 2007 onwards.

I don't know. Most of 2000 (when they were still coming off the momentum of the storyline directions initiated by Russo and under the control of the capable hands of Kreski) was awesome. When Stephanie took over they entered their sharp decline, although in retrospect this period wasn't as bad as the current product. I hated 2001, 2002, 2003, and 2004 when they were happening, but I actually pine for them now that we're in the land of Super Cena, DX's Glowstick Family Time Variety Hour, and Hornswoggle.
But for some reason I really liked 2006 the most this decade. The storylines were exciting (the Edge/Cena feud, the return of ECW, etc.) and the product hadn't yet entered the banality it would hit in 2007 and beyond.

I wasn't watching at the time, but 00-04. Outside of the occasional crappy story, they had seriously great guys on the roster (Eddy, Benoit,Angle,RVD,Booker,Lesnar) AND they had Wrestlemania X7 which is easily the best wrestling PPV of the decade.

First one of course. 2001 had the greatest Wrestlemania IMO
