Just an interesting note, both the first ppv of this decade (Royal Rumble 2000) and the last ppv of this decade (TLC 2009) ended with the Big Show being thrown over the top rope as the finish of the main event.

Nice, too bad he doesn't have a security guard to help him get a rematch this time.

indeed also just to point out only 4 wrestlers can claim to have competed on both pay per views (Triple H, Chris Jericho, Christian and The Big Show)

I thought this was going to be about Big Show writing a book.

Doesn't the decade technically begin in 2001 and end in 2011?

Let's not start the decade debate in yet ANOTHER thread.
Hey, we should make a thread for that... Not it!

I was wondering if he'd won a world title this week and I hadn't heard about it, thinking you were referring to him starting the decade as Champ. Cool little note though.

Another intresting fact:
The first Raw of the decade had a WWE title change (HHH def The Big Show) The last Raw of the decade will most likley have a title change (Cena beating Sheamus?)

Let's not start the decade debate in yet ANOTHER thread. Hey, we should make a thread for that... Not it! Well, it IS a legitmate mathematical / scientific fact that there was no year zero. That the first decade was the years 1 through 10, therefore every decade that follows starts with the year ending in 1 and ends with the year ending in 0. There's not really any debate about it.

That the first decade was the years 1 through 10, therefore every decade that follows starts with the year ending in 1 and ends with the year ending in 0. There's not really any debate about it. And if we referred to them as "The First Decade" "The Second Decade" etc., as we do the centuries, then that would mean something. But a decade is any sequential collection of ten years, so "The 90s" would be 1990 to 1999. 2000 doesn't even have a nine in it, so why would you even bother discussing it as though it does?
