And as much as i like him (i like him more than Sheamus) his in-ring stuf is boring. He barely has any high impact moves for a guy of his strength and athleticism. He has a simple body slam and his finisher, and i can barely think of ANYTHING else. He's gotta learn some damn moves! He does the Torture Rack sometimes, he ought to finish off some jobbers with it.

Zeke's one of those guys that they don't give him enough to show how impressive he could be. If he could be.
He's only be given the "look threatening standing that there" to"Slam this guy hard a couple times and they'll love" thing. Instead of going another route that could highlight his other strengths.
Sheamus has a look that goes with about the same skill set as Zeke. If they could get Zeke with someone who is more over than his current role so he can get his presence beyond being big and get him in a place where he can really get a feel of controling the crowd on a larger scale then he would excel.
I mean he gives off the look of while you're being all flashy, i'll just kill you. But there has to be just enough for us to feel like he's comfortable in that role besides him a Koslov going back and forth on ECW.
He's one of the types that I would love to see him wreck shit and hold the crowd in the palm of his hand.
He had a little bit of this when he was with TBK, but that got cut short, but he was still getting a feel of it by how it looked.

Why is he not in your signature pic? Because the guys in my sig have actually done something to earn it. Zeke hasn't done anything that Sheamus has, so he wasn't included. However, I feel that if they were going to hotshot somebody, it should have been Zeke over Sheamus.

I agree. I like Sheamus, but I don't buy him at all as the dominating monster heel. He just doesn't...act like it. Zeke on the other hand... Yeah, THATS someone I wouldn't f*** with. Give Zeke a cigar, and a Suge Knight gimmick and you've got your intimidating monster heel. Seriously, I would drink my own piss before standing in the same room as Suge.

And I use the term "push" instead of hotshot. The guy is a beast and seems to have some actual charisma. Unlike Sheamus who just looks awkward no matter what he's doing. If they were going to just randomly put the title on a random new guy monster, it should have been Zeke. I'm gonna agree with ya on this one

You know, although the report was linked with Triple H the report(s) have said that Sheamus is an incredibly hard worker. And I don't think it matters how long someone else has been there, or properly built up, if I was Vince and I saw a guy working 10,000x harder than say Miz or Swagger(just generalizing) then I'd give the push to the guy who was working harder.
I just think the guy had to really impress to get this push and not just Triple H. Zeke needs a slight gimmick tweak in my mind, I really liked the idea of him being in a Suge like persona.

Zeke just looks more intimidating and believable. I don't know how his mic skills are really so I have no opinion. Not that good as he's been on TV and hasn't had much mic time. It could be worse. He could've been an ECW champion and been doing zero ever since like several others that got "pushes".

Hard work is all fine and dandy behind the scenes, but it doesnt translate to the on screen product. How the hell are we suppose to know who works harder? And why should we even care? Jamie Noble was a hard worker, and nobody was stupid enough to make him a World Champ....oh wait... ;D

I got a good laugh out of this thread because ALOT of you in this thread would be SHITTING! on him if he was in Sheamus' spot right now. And the reason why is because well I like Zeke and he has a great monster look, he can barely work a match now, when he's in a match for long peroids of time he's awkward and only been wrestling aka FCW & WWE being a bodyguard/part time to now full time for 2 1/2 YEARS! Again alot of you would be KILLING WWE for that.
Atleast Sheamus can work match and can have longer matches, see matches vs. Goldust. Also he's been training since 2002 and after a neck injury made is debut in 2004, worked in all over Ireland & the UK and then spent another 1+ in FCW before he debut on ECW.

Jamie Noble was a hard worker, and nobody was stupid enough to make him a World Champ....oh wait... ;D My point was that people are all clamoring that Sheamus didn't deserve it at all, but I just felt like the guy was getting a raw deal. See, I like Sheamus which is where alot of this is coming from. I personally feel he does have a pretty good on screen look and he looks very comfortable on the mic. His voice is a little high pitched for the size of the guy. I see the guy and I think he is credible. I don't think anyone should have expected Noble to be world champ in the WWE. Zeke on the other hand could easily be built or monster pushed. It works just as well for any big man if you just let him go over and don't let him look weak right away. Oh and he has to be marketable in someway. I don't care who you are, no push would have gotten Snitsky's last gimmick over.
