Well it rained this morning so is this the beginning of the end of the snow. I hope so. Only problem is its still bloody cold so the snow might take some time to clear around my road. However most of the main roads are snow free (sorry walkers ).

You guys missed me yet again falling over on the way home, but this time I had snow to cushion my fall ;D ;D We had about 4 inches here. Typically my family has been ill so I couldn't go play in the snow. I'm loving my week off work so far though. Bastard! I'm actually over the snow now, it's at that point where it's just slushy crap and I want it gone. It's supposed to rain tonight and tomorrow thank god so fingers crossed it won't stick around for much longer.

Bad news. The snowman I built yesterday has lost his head.
So RIP Frosty.

Took a tumble for the first time today. Was walking and had to change route to avoid a reversing truck and ended up slipping right in front of it so I guess the driver got a good laugh. My right knee broke my fall and my inner wrestling geek immediately made me think of a commentator when someone is in a sleeper hold and fading: "He's down to one knee!"

Dear England, I left a foot of snow in Edinburgh on Saturday morning. There, everything was running as normal. That evening, when I arrived in Brighton, I was met with barely half an inch of snow, and a transport system in chaos. What in the name of Barrymore is going on? Signed, Scotland. P.S. Video's on the blink, can you tape Antiques Roadshow for me? Brighton's always been bad for transport, its a day by day thing. As for the snow it snowed heavily here last night which meant no ice on my car thankfully and I didn't have to resort to climbing through the boot again. Driving in it though is tough, thankfully I get up at 5 to go to work so thankfully there are no cars to skid into at that time of the morning. And nobody saw me skid (I think). True, but there was no excuse for cancelling the buses yesterday, there was no snow whatsoever. For any of you that fell over, at least you're not this guy.

I have tears in my eyes ;D We got rain overnight and this morning so pretty much all the snow/slush has been washed away. I never though I'd say this, but I'm glad to see the back of it!

Well the snow is pretty much over here, all the snow in my back garden has gone. The pavements are still sludgy but it won't be long before they go. Good riddance.
.....Man remember when the country was covered in snow for a week, those were the days. I want the snow back!
