OK, little tournament I'm working on to determine the best PPV theme of the 2000s, basically, I first have you vote for a few songs from a particular year, and the ones that get the most votes advance. I might make an allowance if there is a difference of less than fifteen or so votes between the lowest qualifying song and the song below it, but that'll probably be rare.
After all the years have been sifted through, I'll probably put up several Fatal-Four way style polls, doing so until we have one song left standing, which, of course will be declared as the best PPV theme of the 2000s.
Yes, I realize that this may results in some songs being mismatched later on, but that's why i'm running the first sets of polls. Gives me time to workout the bugs.
Every other day, I'll put a new poll up.
Last poll was the year 2000, won by the Armageddon theme that year, "Sweet Home Alabama" by Lynrd Skynrd, beating Jim Johnston's WM2000 theme "California" by a vote of 6-2.
This year: Dominated by the infamous Invasion angle, the WWF was still able to round up some good songs for the PPVs. The top four in this poll move on to the later rounds.
VOTE AWAY, FELLOW CRAPPERS!

"My Way" never has an Artist song been utilized so good in a video promo to hype a match up.

Also, after we declare the best songs of the 2000s, I might run this through a few more times and do kind of a hall of fame of sorts. What do you think?
A relatively close race in the 2001 poll means that "Sweet Home Alabama" is being joined by "My Way," "Bodies," "Click Click Boom," "Control," and "Sinner."
This year: It was the rise of Lesnar, the Triple H era came into full force, Trish Stratus and Molly Holly traded battles, The Rock won number 7, Wrestlemania X8, and the Heartbreak Kid's long road back ended in triumph inside the first-ever Elimination Chamber.
As a side note, I must add that this is the only time during the yearly part of the poll that Jim Johnston's songs "No Mercy" and "The End" will be included, so if you want those songs to advance, vote now or forever hold your peace.
