Good luck GSP, except Gold medalists rarely do well in mma... Don't do it GSP!

I think he should go for it.
That's a rare oppurtunity for someone to have and it would help further legitimize MMA as a sport in the face of the world.

Well if anyone could give it a shot, I think Captain Canada could. The guy might be looking for more motivation in life seeing as how he can dominate top contenders with NO GROIN for four rounds in mma.

It would be insane if he does. GSP has no high school or collegiate wrestling background. The guy is just a natural.

If you were told that you could perform for the Olympics, would you turn down that chance?

I think it's a bad idea because the more tape you have on someone the easier it is to study them and counteract there skills. GSP hasn't gone to the ground in alot of fights. If he fought in the olympics you'd be able to see what he does in the ground game in a much more wider scope and that hurts him in the long run.
But that's just me. Also IF Canada is offering him money to do it like america did mike phelps and it's more then what he'd get in the UFC then why not?
