His wife is in labor with their first child. She's not going to give birth until late afternoon. What does he do? He goes to work for the half day. Rookie mistake. She is going to hold this over his head for a long, long time. I'm just hoping the baby didn't get impatient and decide to come out a few hours early. That is a dumbass move. But years ago we were watching the football game on a Sunday and halfway into the first quarter a friend's wife told him that she was going into labor. And you know what he asked her? "Honey, do you think you can hold it until half time?" Sad thing was, this was back in the early 90's and the Packers still kind of sucked. He ended up going to the hospital a short time later and he watched the rest of the game there with his wife's doctor. Kid didn't actually come out until halftime the second game that day.
