...about 15 pounds of unwanted weight.
I'm sitting at about 216 right now, when my ideal weight is 200. Most of that 200 pounds is muscle mass on me, but I've been really lazy about excerzising and eating healthy and have gained about 15 pounds of fat.
Soooo....I'm about to start a diet in which just about all I eat is rice, fruit, milk, and nutrient pills.
It's going to be rough on my body, but I know that all I need to drop is around 15 pounds and think that doing something like this short term and then eating better after I drop it will work for me. My metabolism shouldn't suffer too big of a shock. But I do worry about getting worse and worse headaches than I already have now thanks to the lack of caffiene and usual sugers/salt and shit I eat now. But it'll be worth it.

That seems a bit excessive for 15 pounds. But I'm not a nutritionist. In the least, it's a terrific exercise for building discipline so when you get back to a normal diet you can stick to it.

If you want help with your caffine problem, straight black coffee. The stronger the better because if you drink too much of it you'll go loopy. I don't know how useful nutrition pills can be. I know that with the milk and the fruit, you could in theory live on smoothies and lose weight. I had a book about that once. It worked fairly well. Another trick I used to use was hard boiled eggs. They are incredibly filling and since you don't cook them in greese more heart healthy than fried eggs. But really, there is no subsitute for physical activity. I worked at a car wash for 7 monthes and lose 60 lbs from all the physical activity. I was also on a budget diet because I was obviously not making a lot of money. Good luck. I know how hard it is.

Nutrient and vitamin pills are okay but they aren't near as good as getting them naturally. Too many people are today are trying to use way too much artificial stuff to get healthy and in the long run it really isn't.
