What's your take on it. Personally, I'm unsure... it does sound cool, but was weird at the same time.

When I first heard it I thought, "swerve, Hart Dynasty coming out!(?)"
Judging from what I heard, I favor the original.

Honestly the second it started playing I thought the Hart Dynasty was coming out to get some extra heel heat and was surprised when it was actually Bret. I'll have to listen to it a bit more to have an opinion on it, but for now I'm just in the "eh" camp with the remix.

I don't like it at all. What exactly was the point of changing one of the most iconic themes in WWF/E history? It'd be like having Steve Austin guest host and changing his theme. Utterly pointless.

That's exactly how I feel about it. Why alter with an epic theme like Bret had? The opening guitar riff was one of the best things in wrestling back in the day.

Honestly I didn't notice the difference except the original theme didn't have that sliding lick in the beginning.

It sounded all modernized and juiced up, I didn't like it at all. HBK coming out to his old ass theme (which is still awesome despite it's blatant gayness) made Bret's new one sound even worse.

The knee-jerk reaction is to hate it because it's different from the classic we all love but I do think it's going to grow on me. It's not bad and it doesn't deviate too far from the original anyways.

Well a new theme means possibly a lot more Hart appearances in WWE which to me matters WAY MORE than the theme itself.

I hate to sound like a jaded cynic and I liked every other aspect of Brets return but yeah I didn't like the new theme.
As others have said the old one is iconic and it felt pointless messing about it.

I very much liked it, though I don't really get the reasoning behind it.
Know what? If / when we get full versions of his and Miz's themes, someone should edit them together to make for a proper song to encompass the night.

It was okay. Didn't see the point in changing it, unless the original, and all the copies, and all the footage that you could have gotten the original from, were all destroyed.

I liked it. It's similar enough to the original, but I like the new sounds of it.

Why not just have the original theme?
