With Conan O'Brien red hot in the entertainment community yet contractually unable to begin a new series until September, he will presumably look for opportunities to keep his momentum going.
WWE is hoping that could translate into interest in hosting its weekly RAW program, as creative has reportedly tossed around the idea of trying to score O'Brien as a guest host.
There is no word on whether he would even consider the role, but the publicity and intrigue he would bring is exactly why WWE initially incorporated the guest hosting concept.

Do it Conan or Vince will have two guys that look like you and Leno wrestle while the fans chant boring!

Knowing Vince, he's actually trying to lockdown David Lettermen. He can't figure out why he isn't taking over from Johnny in May

But they have the most A list Superstar ever guest hosting next week.
Who better than Shatner?

In the year 3000, Triple H, Randy Orton and John Cena will take turns in the Raw main event spot.

He's the host of the Tonight Show, or he was. I think that automatically makes you A-list.

Right now he is an A and has super visibility. The late night wars were a big story again thanks to the whole Leno/Conan back and forth tied to the suckiness of NBC in general.
It'd be fun, but I don't see Conan accepting the offer to guest host. I think the late night host WWE could get is Jimmy Fallon.

If Conan guest hosts, the main event needs to be John Cena vs. the Masturbating Bear.

Would that not go against the "no TV" part of his deal to leave NBC?

I'd be all for this and if that Raw was anywhere near me, I'd have to go.
I guess the problem I see is USA is owned by NBC. After all the legal issues and Conan's less than fondness for NBC in the last few weeks.....not sure it could happen.

Never heard of him, but then I'm English.
But there is a guy with the actual name of Conan? Cool.

In the U.S., Raw airs on USA Network, which like NBC, is part of NBC Universal. I don't know if this would sway Conan's opinion one way or the other. Also, I believe Conan cannot say anything negative about NBC and cannot do any of the old routines/skits he did on either Late Night or Tonight Show as they are intellectual property of NBC. I doubt Conan would want to do it.

His last show scored a 7.0 and he was the most popular celeb for the past two weeks.

If they can't get Conan, Andy will do it. I know, they can have Andy Richter and Kevin Eubanks be co-hosts. RATINGS Not really.

I don't think things between Conan and NBC are that bad because NBC just picked up a pilot for a show that Conan wrote.
If Conan does host Raw, then I think a segment between The Miz and Triumph the Insult Comic Dog would be epic.

Conan has been very good to WWE and interviewed a lot of WWE talent, but frankly, WWE is way, way beneath him. It might be possible if they made a really good pitch that Conan thought was really funny, otherwise, I really doubt they'd land him.
