Today is the "Classic" Ladder match
Shawn Michaels vs Razor Ramon from WMX (10)
Was it as good as people make it out to be?

IMO, it still stands as one of the best Ladder-matches they've ever done.
While most ladder-matches today have a lot of meandering around to set-up spots, opting to jump off the ladder instead of just hitting the other person with it, this one was much stiffer, as Shawn and Razor were just beating the hell out of each other with it. I mean, sure, there were some "creative" spots in there, but they were just throwing it at each other much more than you see now.

I dont think it stands the test of time since everything done since then has been above and beyond with riskier spots and crazier bumps. But to think that match was done in 1994 and to compare it with what was the norm I think it's revolutionary and groundbreaking, an absolute masterpeice and worthy of the praise it gets.

The only part of the match I didn't much care for was the ending spot with Michaels getting tangled in the ropes so he couldn't get to Razor in time. That just struck me as weak.
