Overrated...to the EXTREME! *Snow boards*
Edit: Oh. Also a funny story from Raven's shoot interview. He was trying to teach Goldberg how to sell, say a shot to the gut, and Goldberg's reply was "I wouldn't sell in a real fight".

Bought into his own hype, and its been downhill since then. Once he got over, he never bothered to try to get any better in the ring.
Basically, I think hes a dick who only wanted anything to do with wrestling for the money, and im ashamed for marking for him back in 1998. But what can you do.

I like him, I could care less about his skills or the money he made. His music and entrance were both cool.

Well, an ex-girlfriend of mine called his matches "Duck Butter Bread Puddin'". I agree, for the most part.

I think we have to remember that Goldberg, during the height of his popularity, was more charismatic and a bigger draw than Ric Flair. If he had been able to move beyond his undefeated streak, he'd definitely be a legend. Also, remember his debut in WWE? That guy got one of the hugest pops ever.

Could have been more than he was but got too big too fast and developed and ego and was sabotaged politically both in WCW and WWE. That and he just didn't care enough about the business.

I hated him until he was fueding with Triple H in 2003. At that point, I wanted ANYONE to beat Triple H's ass. Then he fueded with The Rock and I hated him again. No one in their right mind would cheer Goldberg over The Rock.
