I still can't comprehend, at least from a kayfabe standpoint, why Triple H stopped Sheamus from finishing off Cena with the Razor's Edge. Why not let Sheamus take out Cena THEN lowblow him and give him the Pedigree?
It just makes Hunter look foolish because Cena went on to make him tap out 90 seconds later. It's just dumb.
Maybe it's just the Sheamus mark in me being angry over him losing, but still. It's like saving someone unrelated to you during the Rumble.

Triple H does a lot of that. Actually, a lot of main eventers do - for some reason, you see stuff like the Survivor Series WWE Championship match all the time, where Trips had Cena ready for the Pedigree and rather than wait for it then kick Hunter Michaels did it before he hit the move.
Wrestling runs on Idiot Balls, I guess.

Its the same thing I was thinking both times someone got saved from tapping to the Walls of Jericho in the SD! chamber, or every freaking time someone got saved from elimination during the Rumble. I just think the bookers have decided that everyone's gimmick is they're an idiot.

I never get that, either. If it's an elimination match, let everyone else do the work while you sit back and wait for the right moment to strike. Certainly don't break up a pinfall attempt when it has nothing to do with you. Maybe the kayfabe explanation is that he wanted the glory for himself, though I didn't watch the PPV and have no idea if that would make sense.

I'm reminded of one of the SmackDown games where in an Elimination Chamber computers would break up every single pin made by anyone.

You never pass up an opportunity to hit somebody in the balls. Never ever.

Maybe it was meant to compliment Sheamus. Like HHH would rather take his chances against Cena, even though Sheamus was in the match from the start, and Cena was the freshest. Of course, that still makes Hunter look foolish since he still lost.

I find it funny that after a few months of being WWE champion, Sheamus' finisher doesn't even have a name.
