Money in the bank = King of the ring?

Assuming all the newz is true.

With MITBH being dropped from Mania and a new event called MITB. You've got to think that basically they're rebranding King of the Ring. You can't have a whole PPV around one ladder match. They'd most likely hold a torny, with the winner getting the briefcase.

Why not? TMITB match would be the main event, of course there would be other matches during the ppv.

I would like it if it was a tourney style for the majority of the PPV, with guys earning their spot. Then the final 8 compete in the MITB ladder match main event to crown the winner as "Mr. Money In The Bank *insert the year*" and rightful owner of the MITB briefcase.
