Lets add a little more restictions to this question. Not for a title and not involving HHH

I loved Test and Steiner. Lasted a long time and had a few turns along the line.

I most enjoyed Kurt Angle vs. Chris Benoit in 2001, involving Benoit stealing Kurt's medals and all that. Also later that year, we had RVD vs. Jeff Hardy which lead to quite a few great matches (I guess it was technically a hardcore title fued, but really the title was secondary).
Now, had you not banned title fueds, then I'd have said that the Los Guerreros vs. Angle & Benoit vs. Edge & Mysterio fued from 2002 was better than anything in the universe.

Trish and Mickie James is the one I remember best.
For the guys, I'd say Jericho and Christian.

Edge/Guerrero in 2002, they had several good bouts at Summerslam and Unforgiven, and culminated at Smackdown in late Sept 02 in a great no DQ match.

Christian/Jericho from 2004. They both put on solid matches in WM 20 and Backlash.

I watched the match they had on Survivor Series and it was just greatness! As for non-title, from what I've watched... Does Cena vs. Benoit count?

Edge vs. Matt Hardy until it became clear that Hardy was getting jobbed out.

Edge vs. Matt Hardy until it became clear that Hardy was getting jobbed out. Agreed. WWE really snatched defeat from the jaws of victory there.

He gets his ass handed to him at Summerslam. He jobs to everyone and their mother the following few weeks. He gets ONE win over Edge. He loses the loser leaves match....aaaaaand that's the end. They blew what should have been a back and forth feud over several months

He won the title twice, but that doesn't mean nearly as much today (almost every main eventer gets a title run now). Come to think of it, Edge really hasn't won any feud since he beat Hardy in their blow-off match. He's really used to get others over. They used him to help Cena and now they're doing it with Orton. They probably believe that by attaching Orton to one of their best heels he'll get over by association.

Jericho vs Benoit in 2001, Edge/Eddie in 2002, Edge/Angle in 2002, Trish/Victoria, and Mickie/Trish.

I dont think Angle and BEnoit would count since they were pretty much headliners... In early 2001, when they fueded, they were midcarders.
