With the NXT programming arriving, should the WWE start having their draft show like the way pro football does their draft ?
It seems like the old concept of the WWE Draft has really been worn to the ground ? How many times do we see guys like Jericho wrestling on both Raw and Smackdown ? How many times can you draft guys like Kane, Batista or Big Show and seem fresh ?

Honestly they really need to change their system, I don't think they should do a draft this year (2010) because the roster's are good as is and the ECW guys will just be free agents so just mix and match those.
Here's how I'd do it:
The graduating NXT guys (Let's say 10 out of a possible 20 are good enough to go to RAW/SD) are all available. RAW and SD in exchange are able to send down 2 veterans each to help be coaches for NXT until the next draft where they become free agents. Like let's say they send Finlay down for the 2011 draft, by the 2012 draft, he's allowed to go back to any brand he wants or stay as a coach.
RAW & SD will then have matches between their guys (10 matches or so), and then the winning brands of each match gets one of the NXT guys at random. While this is going on, RAW & SD can also get someone from the other brand via Champion vs Champion matches and the Battle Royal at the end.

Draft. Everybody besides, Champions are free agents. However, the guest host thing, has to end before hand.
