If we were (As WWE fans) given one opportunity to be backstage at one WWE event (TV taping) after that experience would you from that day on treat people like Cena & Triple H with more respect becuase of what they prolly go through each week backstage to give us the best show??
think about it.........
Each day we diss people like tripl H and Cena for being who they are on TV, but if we were backstage at one event, we would have alot more respect for those guys...

It wouldn't even make a difference to me. I don't hate HHH or Cena the PERSON. I hate the stale characters they play on TV.

I'd show them a great deal of respect, but would still change the channel whenever they're on. If that's insulting, then forgive me. But the characters bore me and that won't change unless the characters do.

I respect them both for seeming to treat fans with respect and be good guys...BUT they both are pretty stale, so they need to try a little harder backstage.

I realize that I am one of the biggest critics of Vince McMahon's puppets. How I feel about a wrestler's skills has nothing to do with how I feel about a wrestler personally nor how I would treat someone. For example I can't stand Drew McIntyre wrestling, however I would not rule out the possibility of me being respectful or getting along with him.

No. As athletes and as someone who trained to wrestle I have a lot of respect for what they do athletically but I'll break it down here for you. HHH has used politics and his relationship to Stephanie to get ahead for a long time. Before that he was with the very political Klique who were considered assholes by most int he locker room for trying to go behind people's back. Sure he has cooled it a little in recent years but I have a feeling that may only be due to the fact that he knows he will be owner once Vince decides to step down. John Cena as a person I respect but I think he needs to speak up and tell the head people in WWE that his character as it is right now isn't working like it should. They have tried to make him the top guy for years now and it just hasn't worked out the way they wanted it to.

I'd be respectful enough, but I doubt I'd be grovelling (though I am a Cena fan). Plus, I'd probably try to spend more of my time talking to other folks on the roster.
For instance, I would like to bring a Beanie Baby turkey and give it to Sheamus.

I respect every wrestler a great deal, from the guys in the indies busting their ass for nothing to the main eventers in the WWE who have to spend so much time away from their friends and family. Pro-wrestlers sacrifice more than any other actor, musician, or athlete to entertain us. Any time I bad mouth them it's their character I'm always talking about. (except when we're talking about backstage politics and all of that stuff is rumor anyway).

If you guys saw them backstage you would be amazed at how little thought actually goes into all of this. I could see them spending more time memorizing lines than anything. You can plan the match in like 5-10 minutes.

You can plan the match in like 5-10 minutes. Some do. Others, like Macho Man, would plan the whole match out, step by step. Thus, while people obviously liked wrestling him, some found the rigidness of his approach stifling.

You kind of have to do that for your first month or so, but after that it is like dancing.

This is a tough question, though I do feel the way their Booked is far from great, they do go out every night.

I have heard HHH is the first to arrive and last to leave the arena. Also I truely believe he truely is very passionate about wrestling. Cena is on the same boat, except that he is not nearly as skilled, but seems like a hard worker who is still improving. I just don't like Cena's character and HHH's politics.
