Double underhook facebuster. Thanks for that...all these years ive known HHH and his finisher, ive never thought what the "traditional" name was for the pedigree

I've never known anyone else to do it either.
Did he invent it?

I don't know if he invented it, but I also can't think of anyone who used it before him.

In the ECW video game, Dawn Marie (I think) had it as a regular move.

Stevie Ray also used a very similar move. Whether it was before or after, I don't know.

This. I seen him uses it a couple times on AWA wrestling show on ESPN Classic. Also, is there a japanese wrestler that uses it too?

When did he change it? I don't remember him always releasing the arms so early. It looks kinda like a face plant now

Just a little trivia:
In Hunter Hearst Helmsey's first WWE(F) TV debut match, he didn't use the Pedigree, he used a Cutter.

Stevie Ray also used a very similar move. Whether it was before or after, I don't know. The Slapjack would have been after HHH started using it.

I thought DeBeers used a facebuster from the Piledriver position?

I thought DeBeers used a facebuster from the Piledriver position? That is what I was thinking. He and DDP used a similar version that is a cross between the Pedigree and Styles Clash.
