What are some beyond pathetic advertisements or agendas, where they try to shove something down your throat, that you've seen in film or TV? What about completely slanted bias messages?
I'm watching Bones right now and they're just bending over for Avatar. The dialogue is so awkward and the way they talk about it... a messiah wouldn't get this much fan fair.
How do these people not die inside?

I think a lot of the pro- gay marriage episodes on Family Guy and The Simpsons really came off as out of place and far too heavy handed and one sided on the issue.
I'm not actually against it or anything, but it comes off as so overbearing, I think it's more likely to put people off.

ANY and all of the weight loss "wonder drug" ads on TV. It's goddamn shameless, and moreover, pretty blatant in how much they're targeting women's self-esteem.
Not to mention...if you ever watch closely, you'll notice that MANY of the women pictured in the "after" photos HAVE lost weight....they lost every bit of boob, belly and butt that they had, leaving them a shapeless rail. I swear one woman appeared to have gone from a solid set of DDs to somwhere in the A range....and look the same otherwise.
