Long story short, but I was just thinking about it yesterday. When I was about 12 years old or so, a guy in my class completely turned against me one day and threatened to stab me with a knife. Yeah, it was a pretty sunny day and I decided to hit town with my friend to get something, on our way there, we met him and he was like "Hey man, do you have any credit? I need to call my mom.", I was like "Sorry man, no credit in me", he replies "Can I send an IOU?" And I'm like "I'm on o2.", next thing you know, the guy was like "Look, feel my stomach, feel that? Now gimme your phone." or something along those lines. I felt the blade and everything so it was definitely a knife.
I've been warned about the guy being a crazy bastard and I would have punched his lights out if his crew and weapon weren't intact. I kinda regret it now, thankfully the phone wasn't that expensive, but looking back, I really wish I killed the guy stone dead, you know? For that whole year, that bastard was after me. One night, me and my friends were up town, this was about 2 years or so later, and he was sitting outside the mall, this was pretty late, FYI. He had about 15 guys with him, and I just walked past him. He started screaming my name and stuff but I kept on walking, when I turned the corner, I sprinted all the way through the mall and out the back door. The back door was locked, so I pretty much begged the security guard to let me out because a guy was after me, we got out and ran. When we looked back, we saw these 2 big guys sprinting down the road after us. Thankfully, I live pretty near, so I got away safe.
I was on his myspace page a while back and saw that he was in jail for something. It's crazy, but sometimes it's best to be a coward. Ever had something similar to this happen?

Not really. The only time some guy tried to stick us up for money, they got their ass kicked and went running down the street. He was acting all tough and one gal took the knife out of his hand and started punching him in the face.

I'm fortunate enough to have never been jumped, but listening to your story here, you might want to think about how you wish you had fought back just a little harder. Had you gotten into it with the guy and he did actually have a knife, things could've gone very, very badly and you might not be here to post this story on the interwebs. Violence doesn't solve a whole lot, especially in situations like that.

I was panhandled...does that count? I don't want to think of anyone handling your pan, thank you very much.

Yeah, luckily I had nothing on me so they were just like "well...screw it then". Not very good muggers if you ask me.
Or maybe that makes them awesome muggers, who knows?

i got jumped by 3 guys a gas station 2 weeks ago... they thought I was by myself and tried to rob me before my buddy came storming out the store to handle up. I held my own though... it took 3 guys to do this to me.
