What are some songs that get overshadowed on some great albums, but are great songs themselves?
For me I've got to say "You're Crazy" off of GNR's 'Appetite for Destruction', and "Mr. Speed" off of KISS' 'Rock and Roll Over'.

Hell no you're not! I love that song, wish they'd do it on their next tour, I'd love to hear it live!

Rocky Raccoon and Honey Pie (not Wild Honey Pie) on the White album. I haven't talked with many people other than myself who love those songs.

And SPEAKING OF Appetite, Think About You fits this category.

"Jimmy" off of Tool's Ænima album. Also basically any song not named "Sober" and "Prison Sex" off of Tool's Undertow album.
I'll think of more later(maybe).

"Everybody Got's Something To Hide Except For Me And My Monkey" off The White Album, "Love Of My Life" from A Night At The Opera, "Falling Into Grace" from One Hot Minute (in itself an underrated album), "To The End" from Parklife, "Baby Be Mine" from Thriller.

The Replacements' Let It Be - Androgynous and Sixteen Blue. For some reason, I Will Dare gets all the press. Even Unsatisfied and Answering Machine don't get anthologized as much as Dare.
The Pixies' Doolittle - Monkey Gone to Heaven, La La Love You, and Wave of Mutiliation. They get neglected thanks to Debaser and Here Comes Your Man, although they're all great songs.
Nirvana's Nevermind: Lounge Act, and even Drain You to an extent.
The Raincoats' self-titled: Really, anything that's not the Lola cover or Fairytale in the Supermarket, which wasn't added to the album until the re-release anyway (it was a single). No Looking, The Void, and No Side to Fall In are legendary.
Sonic Youth's Daydream Nation: Providence. I don't know why, but this song just kills me. It's so weirdly moving.

"Seaside Rendezvous" from Queen's Night at the Opera. It never fails to make me smile.
"Hangman's Jury" from Permanent Vacation. Awesome blues song that found itself stranded on a mid-eighties rock album. Too bad the country song that was recorded for this never actually made it to the US. That would have blown people's minds...
"Antichrist Television Blues" from Arcade Fire's Neon Bible. Before I heard this song, I never considered the lives of Jessica and Ashley Simpson to be so... um... dark and disturbing.

"Wind-up Toy" From Alice Cooper's Hey StoopidFor me it's "Little by Little" and especially "Dangerous Tonight", no-one ever seems to mention them but they're two of my favourite Alice songs. "Deja Vu" from Iron Maiden's "Somewhere in Time" is a classic example.

"Escape" from Metallica's Ride The Lightning is a personal favorite.
Also, "I Am Legend" from White Zombie's La Sexorcisto is amazing.

I always thought Monkey Gone To Heaven was one of their more popular songs, but I definitely agree with the other two. Wave of Mutilation is probably one of my favorite songs of all time.
