The hell is the difference between Ruffles and Wavy Lays?
They're made by the same damn company and their gimmick is the same blasted thing. A standard ridged potato chip.
The Ruffles for whatever reason are more expensive but other than that I can't find anything to separate the two.

"Ruffles" is a catchier/more marketable name, at least. They oughta just stick with that.

The wavy lays have bigger ridges. That's it really.

Ruffles are also more thickly cut, which is more than likely why they cost more, plus its more of a premium brand for Frito Lay, and believe me I talk to these people almost every day.

The difference is that both are completely and utterly inferior to Kettle-brand salt-and-pepper (and buffalo bleu cheese) chips.

Wavy lays...makes me think of activities on a waterbed. Tee hee.
All three varieties are tasty with onion dip, though.
Oh dear. I've said too much.

I always felt that ruffles are more greasy. You pay for the grease.
