I couldn't find the other one anywhere, and it didn't show up in a search, so here's a new one for you. I think the other one was skirting 30 pages anyway. Cthulu, I'm very disappointed in you for not being the one to restart this. So...here we go:
Joy of joys! That stupid Bleach filler arc is finally OVER! Now we can get back to the big throw down...and have it go back to Ichigo and Ulquiorra after the recap of what happened before the stupid filler arc...dammit. How much APPLEDOUGH am I going to be forced to eat?
Watching Shippy on Disney XD, this week's episode the opening changed to the second one, and I am so pissed at Disney. The final shot was supposed to be of Naruto and Sasuke pulling their blades out and holding them to each other's throat. What does Disney do? They stop them right after pulling out the blades, and show a still shot of them standing there, blades out, while the song finishes. Over-sensitive, over-sanitizing jackasses.

Oh No...Disney censored something too unsuitable for younger viewers, what is this world coming to. It's a show that involves people dying. There are things that have been shown on the show already that are much much worse than this. To censor a 3 second shot of two guys holding a blade to each other in a threatening fashion is barking up the way wrong tree. In fact, I can't wait to see how they censor Hidan and the Asuma/Shikamaru revenge arc. Let's check the scoreboard on that one: Hidan talks like a drunken sailor. He has an almost orgasmic reaction to sticking himself with spikes as part of his jutsu. At one point he gets decapitated, and his head keeps talking. He carries around a really big, scythe-like weapon that ends up getting shoved right into his mid-section. Asuma is a chain smoker. He's the one that cuts off Hidan's head, but the actual decapitation was shown as shadows in the original anime. You do see a lot of Hidan's headless body, though. Right before Asuma's death, Shikamaru lights up a cigarette for him, and takes a drag off it. Shikamaru plays extensively with Asuma's lighter over the course of the revenge arc. He's learned a new aspect of the shadow possession technique that causes the shadows to come off the ground and pierce the skin of the victim, essentially stapling them to the ground in a very graphic and painful fashion. He blows up Hidan and leaves him in a dangerous pit...and Hidan's head keeps talking. That'll be one short arc, assuming they don't lose all their viewers from showing the next arc coming up, because it's boring, and has an angsty emo kid in it.

hey, is skullman worth a watch?
I've never seen any kamen rider, but the idea of an uber violent japanese anti hero that has ties to a children's television show interests me.

And let's not forget the whole, Hidan practices a strange, and almost voodoo like religion thing.

I was planning on making a thread when I woke up... *sad*
Anyway, seriously, Skull Man is okay. I guess it was kinda dark, and I do remember seeing blood. Also, you might want to check out the manga Kamen Rider Spirits. Darker than the live-action series, with the blood and violence, plus it has the Showa-era riders.

Man that original manga has a terrible ending. Also skull man himself is kind of a dick. It is still interesting reading it though, as it has that weird astro boy art style of the time and skull man shoots people in the head. If anyone ever does get off their ass and brings it over to america it is worth owning just for the artwork.

Ah. Well, the oneshot manga and the other manga has a different storyline from the not-so-recent anime. It was kinda a lame ending. Too lazy to see the other Skull Man manga.

YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS~! Don't pop the cork on the champagne just yet. They're doing the Ichigo/Ulquiorra fight first. On the plus side, that means we get to see Yammyzilla and Kenpachi going off. I'm not sure they'll show the triangle inside the circle thing...probably just the circle thing.

And more!

After missing a few weeks, I was finally able to watch this week's episode of Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. And I will say this: Holy crap......If you thought Hughes' death in the first anime was brutal, this is TENFOLD that.

Just a few more episodes till the Xingese(the FMA world's version of China) characters start to show up, and thus, overall, brand new episodes! I still think the kid who voiced Al in the first anime will be doing the voice of Ling, a Xingese prince who kicks ass.

Speaking of FMA and Golden Week, it's a good thing FMA is monthly... though, thinking about it, that means I still have to wait until May for chapter 107. Gah.
Thinking about it, Fullmetal Alchemist is almost ten years old. Anyhoo, the Filipino dub is a few weeks ahead of the US dub, I think. The violent scenes are usually censored a little, or the screen turns black and white, so it doesn't get cut, which is nice.
Also, a Filipino dub Soul Eater started airing a few weeks ago here too. At first I thought it was an April Fools joke since it began airing on April 1... anyway, the voices are good... but a few mispronounced names is a bit annoying. Someone seems to have misplaced an A in the dub, since Maka became Mak and Liz became Liza. Stein keeps getting called Frankenstein... yes, I know his name is Franken Stein, but they keep calling him as Frankenstein, without the space.
Clannad started airing here a few days ago. I guess After Story will be next, then K-On.

I thought it took about the same amount of time. From the first attack to the final blow.
