One of my front teeth at that. It just broke in half last night while I was eating dinner. I haven't been very good about brushing my teeth lately, and now I'm paying the price. I feel like such an idiot.
I spent the better part of last night trying to bond the part of the tooth that broke off back to the part that's still in my mouth. I tried a few different non-toxic glues and I even tried mighty putty lol. None of that worked at all. So I'll be taking a trip to the store later to get something to temporarily fix this with until I can go to the dentist.
God knows when I'll be able to afford that though. I don't have a job, no financial aid for school, and my parents are having money problems. I'm actually thinking about getting a grill (u know, bling teeth) to hide it with until i get it fixed, but I'm not sure if that would look even more ridiculous.
Ideas?

See if your school has a dental hygiene lab, or if a nearby school has one. They may not be able to fix that, but they may be able to refer you to someone that can for little or nothing.

I know my school doesn't, but the medical college in Macon may have that. I'll look into it. My school does have a program to help students with financial issues, but I think they only help if it's directly related to your ability to attend or continue school. Such as if you need to correct a problem that's preventing you from passing a physical. Even then I think they'll only help you if it's something kind of cheap.

That sucks.
I broke one in half at work the other week delivering a dresser. Luckily, workers comp covered it and I have a whole tooth again

DDon't get to depressed about breaking a tooth...theonly thing I would worry about if I were you is it getting an infection in the tooth which would get into the jawbone and spread like wildfire...I would get it checke dout too see if it's ok...then you cna get a new grill
