It doesn't even have to be anything huge...maybe just that everyone refers to the color blue as red and red as blue....or maybe instead of the USA being called the USA, it's called Teslyvania.

Or maybe your middle name is different.

How would you react? Would you go insane? Accept it and just live on?

First of all it might take a while to figure out this was happening and it probably will cause you to get criticized when you mistakenly use one yourself. Other than that it would not seem like a big deal and might become natural in time.

I'd freak out for a while and then adapt.
Kind of the same way I do whenever they change the bad language filters on the board here.
One day, I type in F*** and it prints out "Muggle" and the next day I type in F*** and it prints out "Flapjack".

Depends on what was different. For some things I'd be relieved like you wouldn't believe and others...maybe not so much. I'd probably just adapt. I usually do.
