Last night's TNA Impact replay scored a 0.9 rating.

Nice. So does this mean that everyone that usually watches didn't watch on Monday Night? Or they just watched the show twice?
I still think TNA missed the boat by not hyping their next show on Monday, as they might squander the momentum they made by not making it clear when the next NEW iMPACT show was airing.

I expected a looooooot lower tbh. A rerun against the BCS Natl Title Game and all

Yeah, I did too.
Which is why I wonder if maybe the hardcore TNA fans didn't know about Monday or just watched it twice... pretty interesting, to say the least.

That sounds like a pretty good rating for a rerun going against the BCS championship.

I would have watched it again but The big Labowski was on Versus(I guess because it has bowling) and when I got to the area of channels Spike is in I over shot and ended up on CMT.I got sidetracked by Roadhouse.

That's quite good, really. I imagine that many people who were really eager to see it would have watched/recorded on Monday or downloaded it subsequently, so to stilll get close to the usual rating is impressive.
Next week is the big test, though.

Yeah, I did too. Which is why I wonder if maybe the hardcore TNA fans didn't know about Monday or just watched it twice... pretty interesting, to say the least. Any Hardcore TNA would have known about the Monday show and the Thursday replay of the Monday show. A lower rating is expected. Its a re-run for Christ sakes! Raw gets like 3.0 and over on Monday live. The re-run for AM Raw gets like a .8. Wrestling fans, even the hardcore, don't care too much to watch entire show reruns.

I started out watching the BCS National Championship, until Alabama pulled ahead by a couple of scores... then I fliped over to Impact to watch the Hogan debut again... then I flipped back to the football game in the fourth quarter when it started getting close again.
So if you add both ratings together, the show overall got a 2.7

That's not that bad of a rating. I was going to watch some of the re-play again but I just wasn't in the mood.
But I will watch Impact next Thursday though.

I put some of it on again so I could watch it with my brother, who didn't watch on Monday (he doesn't usually watch any wrestling). I'm sure some people thought there'd be a new episode on Thursday, but the fact that it stayed at .9 regardless is a nice sign for them.

Surprisingly high... I expect the next episode to be higher than this by about .3 or .4, unless people didn't know this was a rerun.
