I can't recall him even winning a match, except a squash against cody deaner. But his fued with angle seems over, and he was beat clean and easily by pope.
With everything else going on in TNA, is it midcard jobber status for Desmond from now on?

Hes won a few matches. But no, I doubt it. Dixie is apparently a huge fan of him, and wanted to sign him long before his ROH contract ran out. I think they have big things in store for everyone that was on that post show press conference last night (Morgan, Hernandez, Wolfe, Pope, Homicide). Id imagine Wolfe will avenge his loss over Pope soon, and like he said last night, go after AJ.

As much as I love Pope, jobbing Desmond (coming off a great feud with Angle) to him in 3 minutes made zero sense.

Got to see where they are going with him. Pope was "lucky" to get the win with the roll up so Des has a reason for a rematch.

I heard he was a Russo guy, so.....but with his size, look and mic skills I think Hogan will like him.

They've got to free up space to push that young...up and comer....Orlando Jordan. Because that'll end well.

He is going to get involved with a new knockout named Molly whose gimmick is that she is a singer in a band
Think about it.

Is anyone watching the same match I did? Desmond Wolfe dominated Pope, and Pope got a good rollup for the win. Pope looked like a guy that could beat you from anywhere, and Desmond looked like a killer with a thousand different ways to maim you.

I didn't think Wolfe looked all that bad getting beat by Pope. A feud between those two could turn out very well. People are far too near sighted anymore when it comes to wrestling.

Not so much Desmond getting squashed as it was Pope pulling off a fast one. That's not a burial, that's more like a fluke. Now if it happens again next week... then maybe Desmond is getting pushed down the ladder. Right now though it's too soon to tell.

He lost by rollup to advance the competition between them, doesn't really mean anything by itself.
If Pope had lost by rollup instead, it'd continue almost the same way.

With everything else going on in TNA, is it midcard jobber status for Desmond from now on? No, because... {Spoiler}he beats SAMOA JOE next week.

All I know is, Pope better watch out for Desmond Ruffie.
