There is a thread about who gained the most weight. So who has lost the most weight?

Ric Flair was pretty heavy when he started wrestling, slimmed down a lot over the years.

He's no longer living, but when Gorilla Monsoon appeared at Wrestlemania 15, I nearly fell out of my chair. He was unrecognizable to me, especially since it was only about two years since his last appearance as an on-screen character. It was crazy, and I feared the writing was on the wall for Mr. Marella. And apparently it was, since he passed later that year. RIP to WWE's answer to Gordon Solie.
As far as the living goes, Goldust has really stepped up his game and gotten back into shape. He looked embarrassing when he was doing the Black Reign gimmick in TNA, and didn't really look much better after he first came back to WWE. But now he looks as good, if not better, than he did during the prime of the Goldust character.

One Man Gang when he came back in 2001 for the gimmick battle royal. Earthquake. Big Bossman. Big Show. Bret Hart. Shawn Michaels (he's NOT 220 pounds. He's lucky if he's 180)

Balls Mahoney lost a significant amount of weight from when he was in the original ECW to when he was working for WWE.

A name from the indies:
Sami Callahan
Back when he was with the HWA out of Cincinnati (around May '06), he was 330 lbs. He lost over 135 pounds within 18 months.
(to sweatpants: our timing, it is odd to say the least)

On the female end, Sunny got pretty hefty for a while, but she's been looking great for the past year or so.

Didn't the Blue Meany lose a lot of weight there for a while? Yeah. At first he was pretty huge. Than he lost a ton of weight. Than he gained it all back.

Chris Hero was about 285 when he started wrestling and is down to about 220-230 now. It's nowhere close to Sami weight or Flair weight, but it bears mentioning.

Yeah he use to have a pretty big pot belly for a while but he has gotten it down. I still don't think he looks much like a wrestler should but he is extremely athletic for his height.

He's kind of got that lanky Edge/Punk thing going on. It took Punk forever to put on the muscle he has now. And it's only been the last 18 months or so that Hero has been able to really get the least bit of built started.

Ruckus lost a ridiculous amount of weight. He used to look like Kenan Thompson.
