Jerry Saggs was in amazing shape for a while, I have no idea if he's gained all his weight back, though.

Boogy Woogie Man Jimmy Valiant used to be a pretty big guy who looked like a wrestler, by the time he was in Herb Abrahms UWF he looks like a person who's been living with AIDS for a few years and was literally knocking on deaths door, he looked skeletal (And the tattoos of spots all over didn't help)

D'Lo Brown!!!!! Wasnt he like over 400 lbs at one point? I remember JR used to talk about it in 1999 around the time he became the Euro-Continental champion.
Sandman gets an honorable mention. I wasnt a hardcore ECW guy back in the day so I saw a little bot of him and he had quite gut i thought then in 2006 he was super slim.

He's no longer living, but when Gorilla Monsoon appeared at Wrestlemania 15, I nearly fell out of my chair. He was unrecognizable to me, especially since it was only about two years since his last appearance as an on-screen character. It was crazy, and I feared the writing was on the wall for Mr. Marella. And apparently it was, since he passed later that year. RIP to WWE's answer to Gordon Solie. As far as the living goes, Goldust has really stepped up his game and gotten back into shape. He looked embarrassing when he was doing the Black Reign gimmick in TNA, and didn't really look much better after he first came back to WWE. But now he looks as good, if not better, than he did during the prime of the Goldust character. Yeah, I remember seeing Monsoon like that. Sad. You're right about Goldust too, I noticed Tuesday he looks really good compared to his Black Reign days.

No mention of Lex Luger yet? In his case it has a lot to do with health issues and not being on steroids anymore, but still... He went from roided up super-ripped heavyweight bodybuilder to normal sized guy. However, he is lucky to be still alive and seems to be genuinely happy about it as well. I have a lot of respect for him for having that inner strength.

Shawn Michaels lost a lot of weight when he kicked it and threw it through the barberhop window.

Sami Callihan I had only seen Sami Callahan at shows lately as I am just getting back into the indy scene. That is amazing as I never knew he was that large.

Easy. The hands down winner, or "biggest loser" is Happy Humphrey. He wrestled at around 800 lbs, and was forced into early retirement. Once he got up to close to 900 lbs., he checked into a weight loss clinic.
In the spring of 1965, Humphrey left the clinic where he had lived the previous two years. He weighed a comparatively healthy 232 lb (105 kg), a total loss of 570 lb (260 kg) since he was admitted. Humphrey won a place in the Guinness Book of World Records as "champion slimmer" for this weight loss.
To put it in some perspective, he lost an Andre...or a Yokozuna.

That guy was humongous, I can't imagine him weighing 232 lbs.

I had forgot about Happy Humphrey. You're my hero.
I was going to mention Yokozuna, who at one time was a legit 650+ pounds in 1996. (He wasn't suspended, but put on the shelf until he got his weight back under control. That was why he did the quick job to Steve Austin at that Free-For-All.) In late-1997, word was he was back down to 400 and gearing up for a return to the ring, but issues with his heart was preventing that. (The Torch stated that they might have put him in the Hart Foundation had he been successful. Bret was leaving, Owen was going to take over the stable, and add Yoko, Doug Furnas & Phil Lafon.) Then a year later, I read he gained 100 pounds of that weight back due to depression. He passed away not long after his appearance at the "Heroes Of Wrestling" PPV.

He was bigger then 500 pounds at Heros of wrestling. He looked bigger then he did the last we saw him in the WWE at the event. I did remember reading the Raw magazine in 97 talking about where he went but it said he was in the 500 pounds area. But he did seem to gain the weight back and more. It is a shame because It would liked to have seen a slimmer Yoko back.
