Let's assume for a moment that at the end of the season of NXT, two rookies get in, one to Raw, one to Smackdown. What happens to everybody else? Are they gone, kaput, no longer operating, retired, expired? It seems somewhat of a waste in some regards, especially for how much the competition obviously isn't 'reality'ish. Do you think they'll get chances on later seasons, or still somehow find a way onto the roster?

Doubt it, Big Show is hungry.

I'm sure most of them will get signed, but I see some of the guys going back down to FCW to get seasoned before they come back up.

It'll probably be the same as the Diva Search was. Half of them will be signed, and the rest will leave. (Or in this case, go back to developmental and await a call-up.)

All of the NXT rookies are under WWE contract, so they won't be going anywhere (other than FCW). I can see Daniel Bryan, David Otunga and Wade Barrett on either Raw or Smackdown, even if they don't win the competition. Personally, those are the guys who have stuck out the most.

I can see a lot of those guys continuing there storylines with the pro's even after they lose. Like I can see Darren Young being one of the first guys getting eliminated but being the first guy on Raw or SD after trying to constantly win over Punk while NXT is still going on. Plus it'll give NXT a bit more exposure that way as well.

I'd be willing to bet you nobody knows. They've been adding new rules each and every week, which tells me the WWE is making this up as they go. If they knew how the whole thing would work, they would have explained it in the first episode.

John Cena needs more fake Cenas for his future Wrestlemania entrances.

On my EWR version of the game the top 2 win (judged by overness) One goes to RAW, One Goes to Smackdown. #3 and #4 return for the next season. #5 and #6 go down to FCW again and #7 and #8 get released. If its anything like my game Slater and Bryan win, Otunga and Young return, Barrett and Tarver go to FCW and Justin Gabriel and Skip Sheffield are gonna be released.

He ended 8. I released him, he got picked up by ECWA who I may end up buying out so he could come back. IRL, Pretty sure Gabriel is gonna stick around for a while and team with Matt Hardy .

There will be 2 contracts awarded to the two finalists in next week's Calvinball tournament.
