Probably Van Dam almost losing his eyelid. And personally, I think the HBK moment at Wrestlemania facing Flair where he misses the moonsault landing on his ribs on the side of the table is often overlooked.

The real "bump" where Haas collided with Lillian Garcia causing her to be really hurt.

Not counting deaths, I'll say the Owen-Austin botched piledriver.
Outside of WWE, definitely Sid's leg.

They weren't accidental but I'll say Vince and Eddie's blade jobs, they were brutal.
Taka face-planting into the floor after being thrown out of the rumble was funny.

When Spike Dudley gets thrown over the rope and smacks the back of his head on the edge of the table

When Spike Dudley gets thrown over the rope and smacks the back of his head on the edge of the table Ya that one was brutal watching live. You could even tell that La Resistance was concerned over it. Another one would be Shane McMahon vs Kurt Angle. Angle drops Shane right on his head when the glass on the entrance way didn't break during a belly to belly suplex. Or Brock um "missing" the shooting star press at WM19.

Jake's snake taking a chomp out of Macho Man's arm. I was 10 at the time, so I don't know if it would be as shocking now.

Ok, I got one that seems a bit obscure. I never hear it mentioned on here. Remember when The Radicalz first jumped ship? So, on SmackDown, I think Triple H made them wrestle matches to see if they would get contracts. Dean Malenko faced, I want to say X-Pac, and won. Benoit faced, maybe Triple H and lost (of course).
But the second match was Eddie and Saturn taking on The New Age Outlaws. Eddie hits the frog splash on one of them, but he breaks his arm. You actually hear him say, "Pin me!" and Gunn or Road Dogg have to reverse it and they pin him to end the match right there and then even though Eddie hit his finisher.
Since The Radicalz had to win 2 out of the 3 matches, I'm thinking that Eddie and Saturn were supposed to lose some other way, getting screwed or something, but because of the injury, they had to end it A.S.A.P. I know somebody else has to remember this. It might very well be all of their first matches in the WWF. I also think this is one of those forgotten moments.

I remember this one Perry Saturn squash where, if you didn't know any better, you'd swear he was legitimately beating the s*** out of the guy.
Of course, that's just silly.

Yes I remember Eddie doing an interview saying he finally made it to the WWE and in his first match he gets a serious injury. He thought he blew it. He was suprised when Vince told him to just focus on his health and he would still have a job. I think it messed up the whole Radicalz storyline. Owen Hart would be the obvious choice for me. Mick Foley going through the top of the cell of course was big. Droz getting dropped by D-Lo I'm suprised hasn't been mentioned. The Sid broken leg was brutal. One of the headbangers got hit in the head with thier boombox and got a nasty looking gash. Back when there was a RAW magazine they had a closeup view of it.

I was there when that happened. It took so long for them to get the ring cleared, and I had no idea what was going on at the time. I wasn't really looking/reading stuff in insider magazines or on the internet, so I didn't know until later. Maybe my most real moment was the Pillman Austin gun angle. That or the HIAC at King of the Ring.
