Is this even contry? Sounds more like hard rock. I'll be honest, it's not that bad, it's ok. Despite I thought it was a guy singing most of the time.

I liked it. And I normally despise country.

I like Mickie. She's a good wrestler and is very attractive...but that song is terrible.

I would be surprised if this albuum even goes "wood". I believe the lowest form of album certification is nickel if I'm correct. Or Tungsten. One of the two.

A country music song about how much you love country music things ain't exactly original.
And Eric Church did it better, anyway.

*shrug*
I liked it. I'm sure there are bands the OP likes that I think are utter and complete crap, so it all balances out. That's the marvelous thing about opinions. ;D

She sounds too much like Gretchen Wilson for my tastes.... I agree, but I don't think that's a bad thing, really. There's plenty of room for rowdy, redneck women in country music. Not too sure she'll be accepted into the "Music Mafia" any time soon, but I think that sound is an advantage for her right now. She's got a better chance at out-Gretchen-ing Gretchen Wilson than she does at competing with Kellie Pickler, or Taylor Swift or even Miranda Lambert or Carrie Underwood. Those ladies are bona fide songbirds...and as much as I love Mickie and hope that she succeeds, I don't think she's in their league. But I do think she can hang with Gretchen Wilson.

Honestly, this sounds like, if you changed the vocals, could fit in a Nickelback or Theory of a Deadman album. not saying it's bad, but saying it doesn't sound country. Gotta seem bad when Jesse and Festus's theme sounds more country.

I had to stop it after I heard the first of what I assume were several YEEEE-HAWWWWWS. And I also have zero tolerance for songs that boast about their pick-up trucks. I'll have you know my Toyota Prius gets nearly 50 miles per gallon. Although, I did have to cut a hole in the bottom of the car so I can slam my feet down in order to get the car to brake a la Fred Flintstone. But other than that, totally worth every penny.

I was expecting the worst. Not a bad song, but I'm not necessarily rushing out to buy the CD either.
