When Vince was walking down the ramp. Jerry Lawler said that this whole storyline is "Over The Edge" nice choice of words Lawler, especially with a Hart involved.

Oh wow I didn't even catch that, although King has seemed so uninterested as of late he probably didn't even catch what he said. I wish they'd just put JR and him back together so maybe he will be a little more enthusiastic.
EDIT - If JR does in fact return to the WWE, i'd love to see them back together on Raw.

It took me the 2nd time around to notice it, even if "uninterested" it's still a poor excuse of words IMHO

You act like he meant to allude to Over The Edge. I'm pretty sure he didn't, and I'm pretty sure he doesn't ever want to.

When a WWE character says "Over the edge" the first thing that comes to mind is that PPV and the incident, even if Lawler didnt refer to that, a better choice of words isnt too much to ask

Jerry Lawler watched Owen Hart die in the ring. I doubt that Lawler's forgotten that or has been able to get over that. Why would he allude to that?

I didnt say he alluded to that....When i watched Raw and he said "Over the edge" first thing that come to mind was the 1999 incident, and i thought he could have come up with some better words, especially because a hart is involved in this angle, he didnt allude to the 99 incident, it was just a bad choice of words IMHO

You know who Lawler reminds me of these days?
Fred Willards character of Buck Laughlin in "Best Of Show".
And yes, that's meant in all the wrong ways.

"Randy Savage" ...it happens, get over it. Pretty sure he didn't go there an think, "Oh hey lets get all the internet people talking because I said the PPV name where Bret's brother died at, tee hee hee."

You're reading too much into it. Its like the "worst night of Hart's life" comment that caused such furore a couple of weeks ago.
I'm sure Lawler wasn't thinking about the Over The Edge PPV at the time, much as I'm sure Cole didn't actually think it was the worst night of his life. The commentators say asinine, throwaway comments all the time, especially on RAW.

I do live TV every day. You will be surprised to hear what comes out of your mouth...and most of the time there is no hidden meaning behind it. Even though these guys have people in their ear most of the time...it is not like they are working off a script. Doing two hours of adlibbed announcing is tough. Sometimes things come out of your mouth that you notice later should not have come out of your mouth. Without knowing the guy personally, I would have to think he was no where near thinking about that pay-per-view when he said it.
