I say Ashley. How she could be with the top wrestling company in the world for years (which means loads of trainers and great wrestlers to around to help you improve) and still continue to be as crap as when she orst started is amazing.

Other, as in Giant Gonzales. Thank god he only lasted a few months in the WWE, but by that time, the damage had been done.

As entertaining a character as he is/was for many I went with Hacksaw Jim Duggan. Very limited in the ring. A typical Hacksaw match: brawl, brawl, punch, kick, punch, scoop slam, shoulder tackle, pin. Occasionally an elbow drop thrown in. I will say that I haven't seen his pre-1988 WWF work but the point is that what I just described is what he's been doing, when not jobbing, for over 20 years.

In terms of actually getting any response from a crowd with any of his moves...
gotta be Kozlov. Dude has had plenty of chances to develop a persona/memorable in-ring presence and has failed at all of them. When the audience picks Great Khali over you, you know you've done a bad job.

Of the ones listed, Ashley. However, the worst is easily Giant Gonzales. Ashley may have been clumsy and brutal to watch, but at least she could elicit a desired reaction from the crowd.

Kozlov doesn't even deserve to be in this list. He's one of my favourites to watch, the guy's judo skills are impressive and fun to watch. And his run on Smackdown is no different than Sheamus', only he never got the belt... unfortunately. Kozlov would have made a good world champ, if HHH didn't get at him.

The Boogeyman. Looking at a wrestler that got TV time and was botching so bad they couldn't edit it out, that guy was all about bad.

Its probably Giant Gonzales the man could do NOTHING.
Khali's not much better but has somehow found an niche in comedy wise.

Gonzales. Even as bad as he was, he was still miles ahead of Raja Lion in the ring.

Giant Gonzalez was at least as good as The Great Khali. He was more interesting than The Big Show (I definitely prefer the urn theft storyline to problems in the bathroom). He was also much more mobile and talented than Andre the Giant was for the second half of Andre's WWF tenure. In fact, if you take a look at him as El Gigante in WCW, you'll see that he was actually far quicker than any of the other three.
People also forget that the entire Giant Gonzalez storyline focused on him being brought in to gain revenge for Harvey Wippleman by destroying The Undertaker. Destroying, as in attacking and inflicting pain. Not using armbars and monkey flips. As in punching, kicking, and beating with chairs. Giant Gonzalez did exactly what he was intended to do, and he got heat from the crowds for doing it.
So, what's the problem?
