Not really a health food, but loads better for you than the original... Since drinking this, I can't stomach a Classic, and I'm a soda junkie.

What are you calling a health food?
Like green drinks that have super vitamins, or healthier alternatives to traditional food?

I don't know about meals, but as far as vegetables go I really like celery. As far as meals go grilled chicken is supposed to be pretty damn good and healthy at the same time

Stir-Fry depending on what sauce you use, they have the added bonus of being quick to make.

Oh yes grilled chicken breasts are delicious. Pretty much all fruit is delicious.
Word of warning. Don't mistake "natural" food as being "health" food. Some of it is actually more fattening. It's better for your other body parts because you aren't getting the flavor injections but overall it won't help you lose weight.

Sweet potatoes. Seriously, that stuff is supposedly filled with nutrients. Why it's customary to only eat it at Thanksgiving is beyond me.

Jennie-O Lean (the white/blue box) Turkey Burgers. About 70 calories and nothing else per burger and damn good. They actually taste like a beef burger.

Shop along the outside wall of the grocery store. Don't eat pre-packaged foods. Foods don't cause you to get fat. Portions do. Managing calorie intake is just as important as monitoring what you eat. If you burn 2,600 calories in a day and eat 2,000 calories worth of Sour Cream and Onion potato chips in a day, and do that for an entire week, plus consuming water and a multivitamin, you'll absolutely feel like crap, but over that week you'll lose a pound.
So "health foods," in my mind, are pretty much based in the following: *eggs; lean proteins such as chicken, turkey, and some cuts of pork *fresh fruits and vegetables, varied, especially to include leafy greens/broccoli *whole grains *beans and legumes for fiber to partially replace cheap white starches - lentils, split peas, etc. *sweet potatoes (baked) *when eating beef or lamb, eat baked potato - the way the carbs break down into sugars in white-fleshed potatoes help with the digestion of a small portion of meat *Use dried spices and fresh herbs when possible to add flavor and (allegedly) health benefits: ginger, cinnamon (good for blood sugar regulation), basil (cholesterol), rosemary, oregano, coriander/cilantro, paprika, garlic, sage, lemongrass, nutmeg, bay leaf/laurel. *Conservative use of nutmeg for antidepressant and bactericidal properties, but not liberal use for the potentially toxic delirious state it can induce. *cooking spray, olive oil and canola oil for cooking; actual real butter is better than many margarines out there.

I'm looking for something that I can eat thats extremely less fattening and at least gives me something that won't put me in any worse condition You've already gotten a bunch of good answers, but I'll throw in my typical choices: Almonds, frozen yogurt (make sure low fat and low sugar, if possible), fruits/veggies, sweet potatoes (which I wish I liked more), egg whites, breakfast ham or Canadian bacon, and whole wheat grain foods. That's a big one that can get overlooked; replace white bread or white flour pasta with whole wheat. Good change to make.

Rice crackers - If you have Sakata D-Lites in your country I recommend them. Not as healthy as some but definately more healthy than chips. Ice Tea - Expensive (at least here in Australia) but good.

I personally love brussel sprouts. When I was young, I still liked them with tons of butter and salt, but as I've gotten older I've started enjoying them more with just a little butter and a dash of salt in the water(if the butter is unsalted)
I also love broccoli. No need to coat it in butter or cheese.
And stirfry as mentioned is great. Just go light on the meat. I personally like chicken sauteed in some orange juice with some peppers, onions, broccoli and snap peas.

Fish is good. Check out what the recommended serving limit is. I know you can't tell by watching the news lately, but we done and ruined most of the ocean, so the fish contain tasty things like mercury and lead and engine oil.
